Between 2500 square feet, cathedral ceilings, and 3 outdoor entertainment spaces (including the large screened-in patio, gazebo with a spectacular view, and two-story boathouse) you certainly won’t be tripping over one another! Whether you’re a large party ready to enjoy water sports, float/boat around, or simply take in the beautiful views, the Bama Lake House is the place for you!
The Space:
Looking forward to relaxing with a view? Or do you prefer a getaway packed with fun outdoor activities? Good news! This space offers guests the best of both worlds! The Bama Lake House is the perfect space to escape the everyday grind and enjoy life on the water! Even better, despite the remote feel, you’re only 20 minutes from downtown Tuscaloosa and the University of Alabama!
With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, there’s ample space for the large groups. In total, the house’s beds can comfortably accommodate 10 guests, but there are also 2 couches that could serve as additional sleeping arrangements. It’s been recently remodeled and outfitted with modern and cozy furnishings. Enjoy the comforts of home with a stocked kitchen, Smart TVs, washer and dryer, 6-seat dining table, 4-seat kitchen bar, screened-in patio and gazebo, two-story boathouse, and a large wooded lot.

Bedroom 4: twin-sized bunk bed and 1 king bed. (access is out the front door and into the 4th bedroom door)
The primary bedroom connects to an updated ensuite with a stand-up shower. The second, third, and fourth bedrooms can access another updated bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
**Please Read Before Booking**
-There are exterior security cameras at the property's front and back. Guests may not tamper with, cover, or unplug these devices.
-All reservations made within 2 weeks of the date of arrival are subject to require in-person Government-issued ID verification.
-If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.
-Please enter the correct number of people for an accurate quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people.
-A maximum of two pets are allowed with a fee of $150 per pet, per stay. If you have additional pets, you must receive written permission from management and pay additional pet fees.
-For stays longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.
