ミル・パルメラスのビーチの近くにある美しいリオ・マール都市化に位置する最高の独立したヴィラ。 ヴィラには3つのベッドルーム（全3ツイン）があります。 （ベッドルーム1では、ベッドを一緒に押してダブルを形成することができます） - ダイニングエリア付きの良いサイズのリビングルーム、食器洗い機を含むすべてのモダンコンサ。 ファミリーバスルームと追加のシャワールーム。 別荘の裏側にはローマの階段と6つのサンベッドと影のあるダイニングエリアがある大きなプライベートプール（10m x 5m）があります。 別荘には非常に大きな後庭（すべてフェンス）があります。 ヴィラの裏側には、6つのBBQ用の座席があり、屋外で食事を楽しむことができます。 6名様まで快適にご宿泊いただけます。 ヴィラにはエアコンが付いています。 WIFIインターネットが設置されています（ゲストは無料）地元のショップレストランでは、スーパーマーケット銀行薬局と美しいミルパルメラスビーチが徒歩10分圏内にあります。

Great holiday, best pool ever

We rented several holiday properties in the past but this one was the best. Sure, the furniture can do with an upgrade but at the same time everything works fine and the washing machine and dish washer looked brand new to us. The house is very well equiped and the location is great. Best of all is the pool, its huge, great view overthe rooftops in the street and just oerfect. Highly recommend this houde for your holiday and big thank you to the hosts for being flexible and allow us to check in early.

Can be better

The house was fine, unfortunately everything in the kitchen was very dirty. The oven, hob and extractor hood were greasy. We first washed all the crockery that we wanted to use because that didn't look good either.

Lacking in a few things

We are just back from a week at this villa While the villa itself was beautiful with everything needed for a comfortable stay there were some details sadly lacking. Firstly there was no information pack left and considering its in a residential area 15 minutes walk from the nearest supermarket this was sorely missed . Also the welcome pack was dreadful , we arrived at 11pm with 2 young children and all that was left was warm water , some stale cakes and a bottle of wine. Finally although it was air conditioned the unit was in the lounge only so the bedrooms were sweltering. I think it would be perfect if these issues were addressed.

Thank you for your writing a review We apologise for the issues you had during your vacation at villa ref 408298 , we checked with the housekeeper and it appears the house manual mysteriously disappeared this season, we have since copied it and installed it back at the villa , we are sorry the welcome pack was not to your liking , it is a basic drinks welcome pack we offer however there are normally a couple more items included (fruit juice, milk, tea, coffee and sugar) , not sure why these were missed out , we have taken this up with the housekeeper , as regards the heat , this summer was an exceptional hot one in Spain with record high temperatures not seen since the 1950´s , normally the one Air conditioning installed at this villa is sufficient to help keep the whole villa to a comfortable temperature however this year like many villas which only offer part air conditioning it was difficult to keep the heat out , if you would have contacted us during your vacation to let us know of these issues we could have assisted we would have been happy to deliver some portable fans to make your stay more comfortable. we hope to see you again JK villa rentals Kind regards Angela JK Villa rentals

Muy buena experiencia

La finca es espectacular, la casa está algo anticuada pero tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, el interior de la casa perfecto, muy diáfano con gran salón y cocina y buenas habitaciones. Lo más espectacular es la piscina, es perfecta y vale la pena de verdad. Intentaremos repetir. Muy buena comunicación con la agencia que gestiona.
