Detached villa with private pool, perfect for families and close to the beach

You're right about the sun loungers and we will replace them immediately. I'm sorry we didn't do so before your stay. We had hoped that they would survive the season. We are sorry that you feel this way. We do not provide either a BBQ or a juicer and there is no reference to these items in our property description. On arrival you were told to keep your keys with you at all times and were specifically told not to leave your key inside the door when going outside. You ignored this and found yourself locked out. Our agent arrived promptly to help you but had to call the locksmith as the key was inside the door preventing access. If you had not left the key on the inside of the door our agent could have let you back into the property immediately with no need for a locksmith. You were responsible for the situation yet refused to pay the call out charge and were incredibly aggressive and hostile to our agent. You then forced the door yourself causing damage to it. It is not true that you had to wait 3 hours; you cancelled the locksmith. Our agent was nothing but helpful and remained calm at all times as you became increasingly aggressive. He also used translation tools to help with communication but you expected him to speak French and thus were unhappy that he did not. We believe that the pictures on the website give an accurate reflection of our villa and the outside space. We are disappointed with your behaviour towards our agent, your unreasonable expectations and your review. We would not welcome you back to our villa. This is the first time we have ever said this to any of our guests; we are sorry to have to do so now.
