READ BEFORE BOOKING: • MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE: The maximum number of guests allowed is ten, with a maximum of eight adults. Example: There can be eight adults & two children or six adults & four children, or seven adults & three children, etc. Anyone over the age of 18 (eighteen) is considered an adult. • MINIMUM AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 30 (thirty) years, and the cardholder must be present throughout the stay. This requirement will be strictly enforced, and a valid driver's license will be required for the main booking guest as well as all guests over the age of 18 years of age. Failure to meet the minimum age requirement upon reservation will result in your reservation not being accepted, with no door code being sent for check-in. If the primary guest renting leaves the other guests at the property overnight, all guests will be evicted and no monies will be refunded. • NOT PET-FRIENDLY: This property is absolutely NOT pet-friendly. If an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, it will be required to be removed immediately, and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged. • NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in or on the property. If any signs of smoking are discovered, the renter agrees to pay a penalty fee of $200.00.
