The house was very nice to stay with great deck. The amenities were not provided, not extra towels, kitchen supplies were missing like dishwashing liquid, paper towels, etc. It was a beautiful location so we enjoyed. The property manager to take care of the supplies and cleanliness of the carpets. Overall nice place would recommend to other friends with a request to for the updates for a 5 star rating.
Host was not easy to communicate with. VRBO says it’s not a pet friendly house but yet there was fresh wet dog pee on one of the beds. Took almost 24 hours to get a response from host about bed then they sent a cleaner there and they cleaned wrong bed. Couldn’t get back ahold of host before we left so 3 days and the problem wasn’t resolved.
I booked this house for a girls weekend to celebrate my little sister getting married. Overall we had a good experience here and would book again. The home was overall clean other than needing a little bit of pest control (large black ants and a singular palmetto bug, nothing crazy). The dock was really nice but the ladder on it was not in good shape so we weren’t comfortable using it. We also didn’t realize that one of the bedrooms only had a skylight and no actual window until we got there. We loved the screened in porch, it was extremely relaxing. Other than these minor issues we had a great experience here and we overall would definitely book again in the future. Close proximity to activities, grocery stores, downtown. The record player/bluetooth speaker was awesome as well
The trash was left in the house. There were live and dead roaches in the house. The grill was very dirty. The floors were not swept, vacuumed or mopped. Dirty dishes were put away in the kitchen, therefore we had to wash everything before we used it. There were stains on the sheets, pillow cases and comforters/bedspreads of both of the king beds that we slept in. It did not appear that the sheets had been washed. In the master the bedspread had areas that were wet. The bathrooms were dirty. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the house! There was no lighting on the path to the dock or at the dock. The best part of our stay were the views from sitting on the dock.
