Welcome to our Mediterranean-inspired villa, where luxury meets comfort in the heart of Naples. Nestled just 12 minutes from the beach and downtown, our home features one of the largest private putting greens and pools in the area. With 4 inviting bedrooms and 3 spacious bathrooms, our villa comfortably hosts 8 adults or a mix of 6 adults and 7 children. It’s the perfect vacation home for the whole family. Enjoy the blend of relaxation and adventure in our tropical paradise.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
● 10:00 AM ● Run dishwasher ● Turn off all lights ● Lock all windows, doors ● Leave use towels and sheets on the floor ● Empty trash ● Set AC to 82 ● Place all remote controls back
● Let us know of any damage
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Un-Registered Guests are allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in the immediate removal of all guests without refund.
There is late check out fee $100 per hour in the next two hours. There is late check out fee $200 per hour if check out delayed more than 2 hours.
Pool heating cost is additional - $30 per day, $500maximum

5 stars is the most I can give, but I would give more. Can’t say enough good things about this house. Spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and every amenity from a counter top ice maker, to usb ports on the island in the kitchen. We also appreciated the 2nd fridge in the garage! We had 7 adults and 2 children and never felt crowded. Pool was amazing with lounge chairs and umbrellas, and floats for the kids. Also, location is close to everything. The owners checked in with us and were so responsive. There was not one thing that was lacking here.. We would 100% stay here again.

One of the best Vrbo's I have stayed in in recent memory.Communication with Kamen and Ingita was very easy and responses were clear and prompt.Check-in was flexible and straightforward.The property itself is wonderful. Brilliantly decorated throughout with lots of very helpful touches (easy to use smart TVs in every room, labels on light switches) and plenty of additional amenities (pack and plays, highchairs, beach wagons) that made our stay easy.The pool area is incredible. Has to be one of the largest pools I've seen in a property like this. The seating area is fantastic for early morning coffee or late night drinks.While a little out of the way from downtown Naples, it was no problem getting in and out of the city in around 15-20 minutes. The location also meant easy access to Marco Island as well. Plus the added benefit of the road being a dead end and the peace and quiet that comes with it.Couldn't recommend this place more, Kamen and Ingita have a wonderful property.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Everything abut this house was excellent. This home exceeded all our expectations! It was well-stocked with kitchenware and well organized providing all the essentials for travel. From the minute we arrived, we felt completely at ease. The furnishings and décor are immaculate, giving the house a magazine-worthy look. We chose this house for its central location and it was perfectly situated. We also appreciated how the owners checked in with us to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed - such attentive customer service is rare and much appreciated. We wish we could give the rental more than 5 stars. We're already looking forward to our next visit. The pool was amazing, large enough for swimming laps and the added bonus of a putting green was a lot of fun.

Wonderful Stay!

We stayed at this beautiful property in November with 5 adults and 2 children and it did not disappoint. The home itself is beautifully decorated, under new ownership and was recently renovated. The owners were wonderful to work with and were VERY responsive to all of my questions before we even booked. This home had everything we could possibly need while we were there so we didn't really communicate with them while on property, but I know they would have accommodated any additional need, if we actually had one. The pictures really do not do it justice; this ranch home is MASSIVE. There are two large living areas (plus a 3rd if you count the den in the master suite), so if you are staying with multiple families there is plenty of room for you to have your own space. The kitchen is also huge, and well equipped with anything you would need. The outdoor was wonderful. My kids loved the putt-putt in the back, and the pool is really large compared to others in the area! This property is definitely well equipped for children. There were lots and lots of games, activities, and pool/beach gear stocked in the garage. My kids were never bored! Highly recommend staying here! We don't typically book the same property twice, but we'll be back.
