Brand new 2 story home featuring 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen size beds), 3 full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, Nesspreso machine, Smokeless grill, covered patio area overlooking the backyard providing some ultimate family fun.
All bedrooms feature a brand new memory foam mattress for your ultimate comfort, closet system organizers, ceiling fans, shades....

We provide beach chairs, beach towels, beach cooler, board games and 2 bikes.

Bayshore Arts District is a beautiful, unique, relaxed, up and coming neighborhood in Naples. Local restaurants, Ankorlab Brewing Company, local coffee shops, and art galleries are minutes away. Walking, jogging, and riding bikes will be a wonderful way to enjoy Bayshore - check out Naples Botanical Gardens, Bayview Park, Sugden Regional Park trails, have some drinks at Celebration Park, breakfast on the water at 360 Market and much more.

This is an up and coming neighborhood and you’ll see plenty of brand new houses as well as some older mobile homes.

Had an amazing stay here. 6 people, 3 couples. Plenty of space and plenty of privacy. Coffee on the back deck listening to the pool was perfect. Kitchen is well stocked with anything and everything you would need. Definitely recommend. Neighborhood was not indicative of the house but always felt safe and no issues at all. Would love to stay again.

Clean and Well-Stocked Home in a Revitalizing Neighborhood – Mixed Experience

We recently stayed at this VRBO, and while the house itself was very clean (A on cleanliness) and well-stocked with essentials like coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, cleaning supplies, and laundry detergent, our overall experience was mixed. It was convenient not to have to go to the store for these items, and the owner was very responsive to any questions or issues that arose during our stay, which we appreciated. The decor of the house was simple and minimalistic, which added to the clean and uncluttered feel of the space.The house is marketed as a "Brand New Home." Keep in mind it was built in 2021, and it is part of a small street with 3-4 other newhomes. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked, and the beach chairs were a great touch for heading to the beach. The Wi-Fi was good, and the smart TVs made streaming easy, which was a nice convenience. The check-in process was smooth and easy, with clear instructions provided.Our biggest concern, however, was the neighborhood. The listing describes it as "up and coming," but it’s still very much in the early stages of revitalization. The area includes older trailers, and one trailer's front door overlooks the pool area, which made us feel uncomfortable and raised concerns about privacy, especially for our teen girls using the pool. While we understand the neighborhood is undergoing changes, it did not feel as safe or welcoming as we had hoped.We want to note that there were no safety incidents dur

Family spring break trip

Property was clean, very bright and like new. Beds were comfortable. Pool was great. Meto was very responsive and helpful. Property is in an up and coming neighborhood but we felt safe and neighbors seemed to keep to themselves.

Wonderful House

This is a wonderful, clean, home with an amazing outdoor area and pool. There were plenty of amenities and lots of space for us to spread out as a family. The neighborhood is definitely a mixed pot, as there are older trailers and new construction around the house. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Quick drive to restaurants and beach. Great place to stay for families with littles!

Naples Home away from Hom

The house is brand new and had nice furnishings. The pool looked beautiful . It had everything you could possibly think of. Rooms were nice and big. One bedroom was downstairs and the other 2 were up stairs. A nice backyard with a great patio. The host was great and everything went very easy from directions to instructions for the wifi and for the opening of the doors. Will stay again .

Beautiful home!

The property was impeccable, anything that we could have needed was there. The pool was amazing, especially the shallow end for the little ones. The patio area was so comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was equipped with all new and beautiful items. We can’t wait to return - it was fantastic! Meto responded almost immediately with any questions we had (which were just if we could stay longer!). Thank you!

The home and property were very clean and nicely equipped!! The pool is a dream, as well as the back porch. We loved the proximity to downtown, celebration park and botanical gardens. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths gave everyone plenty of privacy. Ample beach chairs and the use of 2 bikes was a nice plus. I would just add a bluetooth speaker for music. A+ accommodations and Meto was a very responsive Host!

Awesome house

The house was super clean, everything new, very cool layout, awesome pool and chill neighbors. Process was easy, and prop manager was easy to get a hold of. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to that area.

This property was modern, clean, and had great decor. I loved the idea of each bedroom had its own bathroom. The neighborhood was quiet and had new construction. Limited parking for 2 vehicles. Great experience for six adults!
