Is he wants to go tit for tat, basically calling me a liar, instead of him/ or property manager coming to the home while we were there to take care of problem, they would wait til we leave to enter the home. Who enters the home with people valuables, without my consent. Now let’s get to the DETAILS : arrived 6/22 at about 1pm, check in not until 4pm , but we wanted to go by the house to see the location and where we would be staying got there around 2pm and immediately I text the host to let him know that the side of the house had a whole bunch of and it wasn’t in the trash can it was all over the grass, and the grass wasn’t cut. RED FLAG, that’s how I know no one came to clean the house for the next guest arrival. He immediately text back said some one will be over shortly. Kelly pulled up, his cleaning manager, she immediately got the trash put it on her truck and asked if we would like to check in early, since it was all clean we could but only if we rated them all 5s on the reviews, another RED FLAG. She briefly showed us around but we had people to get from
The airport we weren’t able to walk the house properly, we left to get family arrived back at the house at 8-9pm first thing we did was try to watch tv to unpack ans enjoy first day, well WiFi or cable was t connecting to no tvs, I called host at 10 after unwinding to get his help to no avail we were on the phone over an hour couldn’t get it to work, he put in work orders with spectrum for monday.
