Single Story, Dog friendly ($200 nonrefundable fee) private home just a half-block from beach! This cozy 2 bedroom home features an updated kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a separate dining area with seating for six. The bedrooms share a full bath between them. Feel free to bring an extra friend since this home has a comfy queen sized sleeper sofa and cable TV in the living room, and a bonus futon (futon does not come with linens) in dining area.

Enjoy a meal under the covered patio, rinse off your feet under the outdoor shower after a trip to the beach, play with your dog in the fenced backyard, or take a break from the sun and watch TV in the living room! Washer/dryer included (in same room as dining and futon). Charcoal grill. Linens Included. Wi-Fi. No smoking.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was fine. Dated but great location.For a “pet friendly” cottage, you can’t access the fenced backyard without going outside and around the side of the house. No backdoor is odd. It made it difficult to enjoy that feature. Also, the “outdoor shower” is in the middle of the overgrown and dirty sandy backyard with no walkway to stay clean back into the house. The full-sized (or very small queen”) bed was uncomfortable and loud. We tossed and turned all night and kept everyone awake with the loud bed. The young kids said the futon was “fine,” so at least that was a plus.

Feels like a house/home. Outside needs some updating but being that close to the beach more than made up for it. I do wish they would spray for ants 🐜 in the yard but for the most, it was one of our better vacations

Perfectly non-spectacular vacation house

The house is great provided one doesn't have luxury expectations my family of five (kids aged 6, 4 and 1) fit snugly into a house that was perfectly functional and with easy beach access away from busy palm boulevard There were many ants in the driveway but it was not a big deal The outdoor shower is in the backyard and it would help if there were direct access to the house without walking over sand/dirt
