Loved the fenced in yard so our dogs could be off the leashes. The dining room table was perfect for our candlelight dinners. The walk to the beach was so easy. Would definitely stay there again!!

Family Time

What a great family holiday celebration! We were close enough to the beach to walk over every day; we were off the main street so there was very little traffic! The house was perfect..large rooms; the dining room table was spacious enough for meals and games and puzzles! Bedrooms were comfy and private. We would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful 80th birthday weekend!

Spacious yet cozy

We were very impressed with this house. It was not a sterile rental, it felt like our own cozy house. It had everything we needed and enough room for the 7 of us & 2 dogs. We love to cook and the kitchen served all of us. The fences and back yard were well maintained and the dogs could not escape. We are talking about renting it again this summer and it will feel like coming home.

We're here for 3 months (Jan/Feb/Mar) from MI, and so far we like the place a lot - well appointed, clean and cozy with a big fenced-in backyard for our dog and a short walk across Palm Blvd to the beautiful beach.

We are very sorry to hear about these concerns, thank you for sharing. We understand this dog friendly beach home is a highly desired rental, that may require extra attention from time to time. The homeowner provides spare bedspreads in each bedroom closet, and conducts a deep clean twice a year. It had a large fenced in yard for the dog and access from the yard to a fenced in area within the 3 car garage where pets could get inside if needed. The location was a really short walk to the beach access. Everything in the house was in perfect condition and was easy to keep up. We hope to return soon.

Millie is a daycare dog but for this vacation she was very living her best llife. Made many friends on the beach.Thanksgiving dinner with my mom and brother were really great.The kitchen is wonderful. Includes a small counter top oven to help keep everything warm. The house was really nice and clean. We definitely recommend .

Although not striking on the exterior, the house is laid out very nicely and has everything you could need for a stay of any duration. We especially enjoyed the gas grill and easy beach access. The master BR was spacious and comfortable.The management Company was especially accommodating. The laundry dryer was not operational on arrival, and the manager representative met the appliance vendor with a replacement unit in less than 24 hours.

Distance to and paved public beach access was great! Very clean with updated amenities and plenty of room for everyone. All the available family games were a nice surprise! Was disappointed that the partial view shown in the Island Realty listing was now blocked by neighboring foliage - that view was a big factor in decision to rent this location. Would definitely recommend this property for families - kid and pet friendly!

Recommend writing all 3 codes and instructions on white board at bottom of stairs 2) Floors need to be mopped, first day, black feet after walking on 3) coffee pot needs to be replaced, leaks badly when pouring, upper ring with spout is not adhered to glass pot, can be lifted up, 4) Master bedroom, no bulb in ceiling fan making room very dark even with night stand and dresser lights on.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and for your suggestions, The garage door codes are provided on your arrival door code paperwork, however we can certainly look to have them re-written on the board inside the home. We are so sorry about the ceiling fan light going out and the floors. Please do not hesitate to notify our Maintenance and Housekeeping Department in the future, should you come across anything of concern. We are staffed daily to address minor maintenance and cleaning items, and would be happy to make things right. Since your departure, the coffee pot top has been snapped back into place, and the ceiling fan bulb has been replaced. Thank you for bringing these to our attention, we hope to serve you again in the future!
