Disponible en Luxury Beach Rentals, esta suite de 4 dormitorios en el noveno piso está frente al mar y ofrece espectaculares vistas del Atlántico azul. Este condominio ofrece dos habitaciones principales, ambas con camas king, una con acceso a un balcón frente al mar y un baño principal grande con encimeras de granito, tocadores dobles, una gran bañera de hidromasaje, una ducha separada y un armario con vestidor. así como pisos de baldosas; mientras que el otro ofrece un amplio baño junto con su propio balcón privado frente al mar y entrada privada al condominio. La tercera habitación tiene una cama king que se puede convertir en dos camas individuales bajo petición, y la cuarta habitación tiene dos camas dobles, junto con dos baños más. Con su sala de estar que ofrece un sofá cama, televisores de pantalla plana, lavadora y secadora grandes y una cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito, este condominio crea una estadía amplia y espaciosa para usted y sus invitados.

El complejo está ubicado en el corazón de Grand Strand, en una sección de la playa bastante orientada a la familia. The Cypress Room es un restaurante galardonado que sirve desayuno y cena todos los días con opciones de almuerzo disponibles en el patio y en el bar de la piscina durante los meses de verano. Location could hardly be better, and my family loved the amenities. Host responded immediately to one problem. Beds were comfortable, water pressure good, AC worked great, view is terrific.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in/out and the stay were great! We had an issue with the door code not working when we first got there but a phone call got it cleared up quickly. This place is nice but needs a little maintenance but nothing major. Our kitchen sink has extremely low pressure and it took almost the whole week to get it fixed. That was frustrating but doable.

The place was very clean! We loved having the beach right there for us or to choose the several pools at the hotel. We are looking forward to doing this again and will definitely rent the same room.

Winter storm

We were please with the facility. Unfortunately we’re did not get warm weather for most of our stay so didn’t get to enjoy the outside facilities until the last few days of our stay. We were surprised to see a cross country skier take advantage of the snow on the beach. Tgat was an unexpected sight. We were disappointed that the Lazy River was being repaired. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the property.

Long weekend

With a friendly staff and a long list of amenities to make your stay comfortable. This is a great place to spend a long weekend or a vacation. Our stay was a long weekend and I can’t say enough. The convenience of the on site restaurant and lounge, made breakfast easy and the lounge for a drink before turning in.We will definitely be lotto book another stay.

This vacation was awful. Hurricane Debby hit Myrtle Beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Your company and the facility management provide no,that is zero, guidance. We watched the news and left our 2 very expensive 4-bedroom apartment on Tuesday. No guidance about need to evacuate or how to handle meals, etc. The only communication was to move furniture from the decks. We notified everyone that we were leaving Tuesday. No attempt by you or the facility to tell us if we could return. This was my second year at Island Vista and my last.

Couldn't have been better

Plenty of space. The view was spectacular. The beach was clean and not crowded at all. This was the first time my grandchildren had seen the ocean and they absolutely loved it. Parking was annoying. Spaces were small for a bigger vehicle. Other than that,it was a great trip and we would go back.

Lovely Time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great! I loved everyone having their own bathroom Comfortable beds, decently equipped kitchen, and amazing view. Only negative of the condo was the dryer it definitely struggled to dry clothes. However we planned for it and it required us to complete dry cycle twice. The property was great the kids loved the pools inside and out. I loved the proximity of the pools to the beach. Some people were at the pool while others were at the beach, but we still felt all together. Chairs were always available at the pool and they a policy where people cannot snag chairs early in the morning to claim their spot all day. I loved this. Only negative is they were mulching and the smell after the rain was unbearable. Around the pool area the chairs sit on grass not sure the grass is ideal. It looks like they resod it yearly. I would recommend putting in pavers. While the property was slightly outdated we would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing!

This condo was perfect! We had everything we needed and the property is just as pictured! The pools and the beach are so convenient. The property is very clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again. You don't have access to pool towels but we didn't have any issues getting what we needed. Highly recommend and worth the money!

Would work with them again

Working with Luxury Beach Rentals exceeded our expectations! They were very responsive to all our emails and questions. The check-in/check-out process went very smoothly. Everything was explained in detail in an email. I would definitely work with them again! However, the property itself was in desperate need of a deep, deep thorough cleaning! It was also in need of a refresh. All the walls were heavily marked up, wallpaper was peeling, water stains on the ceiling, moldings were broken, closet doors off the track just to name a few things. The view was fantastic, and the fact we had 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was convenient for everyone. Given the money we paid for this unit, I would have expected it to be a lot cleaner than it was, and basic items to be repaired. I would book a property through Luxury Beach rentals again, but not this particular property.

Spring break

Overall the stay was good. The pools were great and being right on the beach was fantastic. We had great views of the ocean as well. The down side is the dryer is “old” so it took forever for towels or anything to dry. It’s also not as close to the boardwalk or places to eat so we had to drive more than planned. Otherwise, company was responsive & rooms were nice. Thank you!

Perfect family get away

This condo has 4 bedrooms. We had plenty of room for married kids and some grandkids. We had so much walking the beach and finding shark teeth. And the grandkids swam at least twice a day. Best holiday time with family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort is gorgeous and lush with palm trees and hibiscus plants galore. At night there are fire pits to sit around while a live guitarist plays under the palm trees! The beach is beautiful and well maintained. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful! Our unit was clean and just as pictured. The kitchen was lacking a coffee maker when we arrived but within an hour of calling - one was delivered to us! Also I’m glad I brought my own fry pan from home as the one supplied was small and not a non stick pan. The sleeper sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable to sit on. But the beds were great! The last few days of our stay the dishwasher stopped working and someone came to look at it even though it was a Sunday. He said someone would be back the next day to fix it- which to my knowledge didn’t happen, so I had to hand wash our last days dishes before check out. Overall we loved our stay and would love to return!

The best thing about this property is the location. The unit was run down. Not a good choice for someone in a wheelchair.

Family Vacation July 2022

Overall the condo was spacious and the ocean view was nice. The showers were moldy and one shower did not have shampoo or soap holder had to use floor or remove items from shower. The dryer takes a long time to dry items. I WOULD NOT rent this property from VRBO because you are limited to some resort amenities, no pool towels, children's activities, room service, and no access to any of the handicap items the resort provides to the guest that rent thru the on site rental!! The staff was friendly and the common areas were nice and clean. The unit really needs a good cleaning and updating for the rates they are charging. The resort rentals are less expensive than the VRBO rental with all the extra fees. I would return to the Island Vista but not thru VRBO due to limitations of all the property has to offer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had our family of 8 + 1 grandchild stay in this condo and it was great. We did have issues with a tv loosing power, a bath tube drain not draining and clothes dryer not drying very good. One phone call and the maint tech was there within 24 hours fixing it all. And the beach nor pool were crowded at all. This was even over the 4th of July. Only thing was that the VRBO price was a bit higher than what the Resort charges. Other than that, it was a great vacation.

Perfect location

My husband and I brought our grown daughters and their families. We stayed in a 4-bedroom condo. There was 6 adults and 6 grandchildren. We all had plenty of room. The resort offered something for every age group. It was perfect. The room could use a little updating and maybe a little more time on the deep cleaning. The view took us away from noticing much of anything. Loved it and will return.

Bring your cleaning equipment. Very dirty!

The location is great! Once we self- cleaned our room everything was good. The Cyprus room is not open late. The Tiki Bar was never open. The pools are warm and clean. I would stay at the resort again but never through this private rental and management company.

Great spot for families

We enjoyed this condo very much! Lots of room. The property was perfect for kids. One small maintenance issue that was resolved within a couple of hours.
