This was a great location. Place was spacious and accommodated our large group. The place was also clean and well maintained. We had one small issue while we were there and the staff took care of it right away.

Our stay at Pier Watch 101 could not have been any better, from the time we booked until the day we left. Communications with the property managers were quick, personable, and very helpful. We had a minor maintenance issue when we arrived on a Sunday evening. We texted, and the issue was handled the next day even though it was a holiday. Our family only ate one meal out during the week, so two refrigerators were one of the best parts of the condo. Every one of the six bedrooms has either a balcony or a window view of the ocean. All bedrooms have plenty of room and the living areas can seat a large group easily. You are just steps from the beach making trips back and forth during the day super convenient. Our family will definitely be back!

Complete Chaos

The ceiling collapsed upstairs and we had to be moved into a much smaller property. We lost our ocean front view, short walk to beach and a safe and healthy living environment. Will never book through VRBO again.

Easy access to the beach

The unit had plenty of room for my family. The view was gorgeous. The unit was a bit beat up, but we were told they were working on upgrades.

Family vacay - 2024

This was the first time we have all gone to Cherry Grove together. We had a blast and everyone enjoyed the location and condo. With 5 families, having two refrigerators was a godsend. The beds only had a light comforter so extra blankets would have been great. There is not a complete set of measuring spoons but otherwise the unit is well appointed.

Will stay here again !

My experience with Rental Leaf and this condo was outstanding. We were able to get another parking spot which greatly helped the senior citizens in our party. We had 4 senior couples and a single adult. It was a perfect setup. . The condo was spotless, very clean. Furniture was nice and comfortable ( except for the mattresses. I prefer a firm mattress and it was too soft ). Kitchen had every cooking appliance you could need. The walk to the beach was flat and easy to walk. The pool was nice, clean and more than adequate for our needs. The washer and dryer broke down while we were there and water spilled out from the ceiling in the kitchen, but the maintenance personnel was quick to respond and mopped it up. We were able to use a washer/dryer in another empty condo in the same building, so it was really no inconvenience. We did see a couple of bugs, but it was no big deal. Not enough to keep me from booking this place again. I’m a super clean person and this place exceeded my expectations! I wouldn’t change anything about it. Thank you for a great vacation !! ( if you could’ve done something about the stormy weather we experienced the last 3 days, it would’ve been even more awesome !!!!!!)

Very Nice Condo!

I highly recommend this condo. Spacious! Two balconies, large kitchen, right on beach. My family of 15 really enjoyed it and look forward to staying again. Only issue we had was with dryer but the staff was super responsive and help make it right.

Lovely accomodations

We had a wonderful stay...the condo was clean and VRBO responded right away to any concerns. My only recommendation would be that the facility's pool be restricted to fondo guests only. As no key card or bracelet ( identifying us as condo guests) was needed to access the pool, it was often monopolized by a larger group who were most certainly smoking marijuana. Not the environment we wanted for ourselves or our children. However, a quick text to VRBO and management took care of the problem.

Best ever

The condo was great. Enough space for all. The location was fantastic. Pool in addition to ocean front a bonus. Even when rain was predicted it cleared and every day spectacular !!! High noon is hot. Plan anything earlyor late afternoon. The rest of the day relax Again property was exceptional

Wonderful view

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Fantastic view for fireworks. Had some problems but maintenance was on it. I would recommend that they get a new dryer. Most frustrating using that Dryer daily. With two babies and two small children we needed a better dryer. Took clothes two cycles to dry. Dryer door kept popping open. Last day couldn’t use it because of constantly opening.

June in Cherry Grove

We had a really nice stay at this location! It was newly renovated and was right on the beach. Pool was perfect and not too busy which we were a little worried about. We were right next to the pier which was great but it would have been nice if we were notified that the pier was under construction. I think we were all looking forward to walking it while on our trip! One of our concerns was that our door lock was busted and it was not easy to lock because of that. They did mention it was in the works of needing repaired. Another area that could also be improved was the first bedroom on the main floor (right when you walk in). It was full of misc stuff (pictures, boxes from the remodel) and there was no closet space. Also none of the rooms had hangers which would be a good thing to include on the website, if not able to be provided. Despite those things, the management was very accommodating and helpful at any hour. We didnt have a vaccuum and they brought us one right away. We would stay here again!!

Family get together

Our parents and their 5 siblings and spouses got together for a family vacation. Only one (4 year old) child . We picked this property because of the 5 king sized beds. Unfortunately our stay was the week after hurricane Ian so we didn't have use of pool or hot tub which was very very unfortunate. It was one of our main factors in picking this location. Air hockey machine is broken and missing parts but we still truly enjoyed our stay.

Great location

PWV 1 (101) was perfect for our family and friends. There are a few things that need updating but an impending renovation is in the near future. Everyone in the office, maintenance and housekeeping were delightful to work with.

Great place for the whole extended family.

We had 15 total in our group from 4yrs old to 82. All had plenty room and were able to hang out in main area for meals and family time. Will be back next year!

Perfect location for lowkey family vacation

Wonderful location! Kitchen was completely stocked with every gadget imaginable leaving minimal storage room for brought items/pantry foods/etc. WiFi was terrible. Property management was extremely quick and responsive to the only issue we had during our stay of a tv not working and promptly replaced the entire tv. We will be back!
