It accommodates up to 16 guests with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There are three parking spaces available. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, oven, cookware, flatware, washer and dryer, pool, hot tub, and balcony. Linens and Departure Maid Service Included.

This was a great location. Place was spacious and accommodated our large group. The place was also clean and well maintained. We had one small issue while we were there and the staff took care of it right away.

Our stay at Pier Watch 101 could not have been any better, from the time we booked until the day we left. Communications with the property managers were quick, personable, and very helpful. We had a minor maintenance issue when we arrived on a Sunday evening. We texted, and the issue was handled the next day even though it was a holiday. Our family only ate one meal out during the week, so two refrigerators were one of the best parts of the condo. Every one of the six bedrooms has either a balcony or a window view of the ocean. All bedrooms have plenty of room and the living areas can seat a large group easily. You are just steps from the beach making trips back and forth during the day super convenient. Our family will definitely be back!

Great Family Vacation

Pier Watch Villa 1 was everything as advertised. The large condo on the beach handled our group of 14. Management was great to work with and answered all questions. Would stay again.

Easy access to the beach

The unit had plenty of room for my family. The view was gorgeous. The unit was a bit beat up, but we were told they were working on upgrades.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had everything thing we needed. Check in was ver simple-received a text two hours before check in time with all the information we needed. The views were great- even saw dolphins from our balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for the whole extended family.

We had 15 total in our group from 4yrs old to 82. All had plenty room and were able to hang out in main area for meals and family time. Will be back next year!

Very Nice Condo!

I highly recommend this condo. Spacious! Two balconies, large kitchen, right on beach. My family of 15 really enjoyed it and look forward to staying again. Only issue we had was with dryer but the staff was super responsive and help make it right.

Perfect Getaway

My husband surprised me with a trip to the beach for my 60th birthday. Family from Pennsylvania, and Georgia met us there. The area right on the beach was perfect. The condo was beautiful with everything we needed and comfortable space for everyone. We all had an amazing time!
