A casa é boa, mas tem problemas que poderiam ser facilmente resolvidos.

A casa é boa, principalmente os quartos e a área externa. O condomínio é muito bom. Isto posto, é importante dizer que o anúncio do imóvel diz que há ar condicionados em todos os 4 quartos, mas o ar foi disponibilizado apenas em 3. No quarto que não havia ar, verificamos, por fora da casa, que ele estava em um cômodo que estava trancado com chave pelo proprietário. Entramos em contato com ele e nos informou que havia artigos pessoais e que infelizmente não havia nada que pudesse ser feito. Outras coisas que não agradaram: - máquina de lavar roupa e forno sem condições de serem usados, pois estavam muito sujos. - A limpeza deixou a desejar: panos de prato, toalhas, utensílios de cozinha, forno e churrasqueira e espetos sujos. - Assento da privada do banheiro de baixo solta; - O gás acabou na última noite da nossa estadia. Não conseguimos fazer jantar. Fica como sugestão para evitar a entrada de insetos a instalação de telas mosqueteiras nas janelas e portas, principalmente no andar de baixo.
