This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, condo is perfectly located, just walking distance to Canyon Lodge and about a mile from the Village. The unit features 2 levels with vaulted ceilings, cozy wood-burning fireplace, large 60" UHD flatscreen TV with Blu-Ray DVD player, dining area with seating for 6 and a private washer/dryer.

The master bedroom has a Queen bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a Queen bed with TV and shared bathroom in the hallway. The couch in the living room also has a sleeper sofa for additional guests. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.

This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are 5 stairs to this unit, 2 levels inside and no pets or smoking is permitted. A perfect family getaway

This place was the perfect size and location for a small family. The amenities were great. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools we needed. I would definitely recommend this property.

A very short 2 day stay, went powder chasing in mammoth after a big storm. Super close to canyon lodge, very easy to get around.

convenient location

Can't beat the location- walking distance to Canyon Lodge or one shuttle stop (right out front) if you need transportation. Nice, big place. Well stocked kitchen. Great hot tub and rec area. The only downsides were that the condo we rented didn't have parking in front- had to walk down the street and we were there on a stormy weekend and it was pretty icy. The other was that there wasn't a keypad entry. Had to pick up keys in town and have to return them there. Although it was clear that checkout was at 10, it wasn't clear that we were expected to bring the keys back before then. We went skiing that day and brought the keys back at 11:30 not realizing we were expected to drive into town first to return them. In this day and age that should not need to be the case. Install a keypad or lock box. But overall really great place and location.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mammoth has become expensive, in general, but you also expect things to be the value of what you're paying. I would say this did not meet the value. It's old. There are mouse traps around the house. The water heater was inoperable twice. There weren't enough fire starter kits for more than two fires for five nights. The smart tv's aren't configures with the remotes so you can't use netflix, etc (we never figured out how to use the main one with a computer connection/hdmi). We set our computer up to the main one which had it's own issues. The positive is that the location is good. It's a walk to canyon but carrying poles and boots its a long walk. Young kids will need a ride.

We had a great stay at this condo. The location was perfect — we could easily walk to Canyon Lodge or hop on the shuttle, which made getting to the mountain really convenient. The space itself was comfortable with plenty of room for our group of four to relax and hang out after skiing. The kitchen was especially impressive and very well stocked, which made cooking in a breeze. Overall, we were very comfortable and had an excellent stay.
