Upstairs open plan living room, dining and kitchen with new appliances. Sleeper sofa sleeps 2. Views of the Sherwins, White Mountains and Crowley Lake. Downstairs 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 Queen beds. Master bedroom with amazing views. Newly furnished and new paint throughout. Includes washer and dryer for your own laundry! Parking outside condo. Common facilities include oversize hot tub and sauna for relaxing after a day on the mountain.

This was the second time that we have stayed. Great view. Property is well maintained and comfortable. Owner is very responsive if problems arise. Highly recommended.

Nice view, clean place. we had to call and text for the key code not sure what happened we don't do the vbo stuff very often so I was a little worried. Thin wall's some noises not so good.

Comfortable with a great view! Perfect for our hiking expeditions each day. Close enough that we were able to do 3 day trips to Yosemite. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of order our entire stay, which was a main reason we chose this property. However this was out of the owners' hands and we understand. Hosts did provide us with great hiking recommendations which we really appreciated.

Fantastic Condo

The condo is exactly as described! The location is great and the views from the deck are breathtaking! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is very well stocked, the hot tub is huge and clean, the showers are great, storage for skis or bikes was great. Communication was very timely and helpful. We we’re grateful for our time in this condo - thank you again!

Great location and view - some minor things

Very convenient location between the lakes loop and the village. The place is pretty spacious and has all the necessities, including a well-stocked kitchen with teas/ spices etc. It is a split level unit with two bedrooms downstrairs and kitchen and living area upstairs. Beautiful view of the mountains from the small patio. It does get pretty hot in the summer though and unfortunately, there is no AC.Solid option overall and great communication from the host There were just a couple of minor things that needed TLC (fridge ice maker not working, blinds not staying up (the host did give us a heads up about this one) - and the bathmats could use a replacement or deep clean.

Nice property / townhouse. Interior is very comfortable. Queen size bed not as comfortable. The owners of the property did not disclose that roofers would be replacing the roofs all week starting at 8am. I’m talking banging, hammering, wood chips and dust falling inside from all the pounding loud. Owner claims they were not aware. Didn’t offer any discount.

Clean and Functional Ski Cabin with View

Enjoyed the stay at this condo. Well outfitted kitchen. Good heating. Clean bathrooms. Good lighting. Nice view from the small deck. Big group hot tub and sauna in the public area. Owners are taking good care of this condo.

Terrific spot

Place was perfect for a family. Amazing views, clean, and very well appointed. Communication with the host was excellent, with responses often in less than 10 mins. Highly recommend. Only downside is that the walk to the slopes/base lodge involves significant up and down making it somewhat impractical. But it was very easy to drive.

Great spot!

Terrific place to stay at Mammoth! Very close drive to everything. Great accommodations! Worked very well for my wife and two kids (7 & 9). Highly recommend!

Second time we’ve stayed here and we will rent this house again. Love the view and access to canyon lodge and e writhing else. Owner was very responsive and helpful too!

Beautiful views - as described

A rare case of description matching reality - amazing views, clean and nicely furnished. Almost perfect - took1 start off for squeaky floors: can hear anyone walking upstairs or neighbors (ours happen to move out in very early hours). Getting to property is slightly challenging - very steep slope. One can ski down to chair 8 from Davison Rd, its between trees but not too difficult (intermediate ).Hosts are welcoming and reply to inquiries almost instantaneously.
