You decide - would you like to enjoy your morning coffee sitting on the dock overlooking the canal, relaxing by the pool, or grabbing your tennis shoes and walking around the private lakes in the community? If you enjoy fishing, grab a pole, the canal is teaming with Tilapia, Snook, and every other kind of fish and, a cleaning station is provided right on the dock! At night, enjoy watching fish by the underwater lights. The options are endless.

Harbor House is situated in a gated community where life is simple and quiet. This property has numerous nooks where you can enjoy a book along the Mangrove lined canals or sitting in the pool. Harbor House boasts of ten foot ceilings and plenty of windows that have a panoramic view of the pool and the grounds leading to the canal.

But, don't just stay at home...go to the beach! In a short drive you can enjoy Gasparilla Island or Englewood Beach.If you want to explore further, head to Venice! Enjoy boutique shopping and dining in Boca Grande, Venice, or Fisherman's Village in Punta Gorda.

I am a first time host, I will let you know in a few years if I enjoy it (smile). Actually, if you choose this property you will quickly see this is a home not a rental. It is an adjustment for me to share my home. But, I do get a thrill thinking how others might enjoy my home as much as I do. My family also loves it. I am from Grandville, Michigan and I completely understand the need for warmth and sunshine in the winter. You will find both here.

Why they chose this property

I am a person that enjoys my privacy and my community. I love relaxing with nature around me as I sit on the dock and watch the activity in the canal or I simply enjoy the privacy of my back yard. I am uplifted walking around the mini lakes right in front of my home. There, I meet up with my neighbors walking their dogs. We share some information, a few laughs and yes, even the dreaded political discussion. There are great people in this community. This neighborhood is friendly, safe and clean.

What makes this property unique

All I can say is, “I saw it, I bought it!” This property has it all. If you choose to rent this property you will quickly see why it stands out from the rest.
