Rentoudu tässä kahden makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpyhuoneiston päässä kadun toisella puolella rannalta. Äskettäin maalattu marraskuussa 2018 tästä huoneistosta on parveke uima-altaalle, joka on täydellinen paikka nauttia aamukahvista. UUSI tyylikäs lattia 1/19 alkaen koko huoneistossa, täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa astianpesukone, 43 "Smart TV olohuoneessa, DVD-soitin, 32" TV makuuhuoneessa ROKU: lla, kannettava CD-soitin Bluetoothilla, hiustenkuivaaja, silitysrauta ja silitys lauta, pääsy uima-altaalle, pääsy pesulalle ja kalastuslaiturille kadun toisella puolella. Uutta vuonna 2017: Queen-patja makuuhuoneessa, queen-vuodesohva ja kaksi kääntyvää keinutuolituolia olohuoneessa. Ilmainen WIFI päivitetyllä nopeudella maaliskuu 2018. 980 neliöjalkaa. Liinavaatteet sisältyvät hintaan. Tupakointi kielletty. Ei lemmikkejä.

Great condo! Steps from the beach!! We loved how close this was, and easy to unload and load up to the beach. Condo was immaculate, very clean. Well equipped kitchen and thank you for filling the ice trays ahead of time! Beds were super comfy and bedrooms well appointed and we appreciated the lamps with built in USB charging. Bath towels were great quality almost felt brand new. Thanks again!

Overall ok stay. Would not stay again at this property. Condo was second floor with no elevator. Only one parking space allowed per unit. Unit was outdated with very small kitchen space. Further away from the beach than expected, beach code access did not work. Condo was clean but needed updating. Check in was easy and employees in the office were great.

This trip was with our grandchildren. Easy walking distance to the beach. We had some good seafood both on Isle of Palms and on Sullivan’s Island. The property was very clean. It is an older condo, but just across the street from the beach. We had an issue with wi-fi , but guest services was quick to fix the issue. Check out Charleston too while you are in the area.

Right at bridge connector to Mount Pleasant and on the beach however everything in condo is 1000 years old. Go to a garage sale and upgrade furniture. The master bedroom mattress is ok but the 2 twin mattresses are lame. Perfect parking for 1 car. The only thing in apt is a regulatr mr. coffee maker and filters. There are 0 supplies. No salt, pepper, tin foil, whatever...nothing. The apt was clean but I needed to put sheets over the couch and chairs to sit on them. Easy 2nd floor walk up. No problems. Balcony looks onto pool. Fun watching kids play.

Pool is not heated so did not use the pool at all. The unit/decor is dated but still nice. I think each unit has their own hot water heater so we did run out of hot water often. There is not a washer/dryer in the unit but there is a laundromat across the road. If I were to return to the area, I would make sure it was during summer months so that we could enjoy the beach and pool.

We called maintenance and they were quick to respond, but didn't fix it. They showed us how to maneuver it in and out instead of actually fixing it, which wasn't easy. The proximity to the beach is fantastic, a 3 minute walk and you are on the sands of IOP. My husband enjoyed moring and evening fishing off the private pier. I enjoyed getting my steps in walking it in the morning. My only comment is that the furniture in the living area is not the very comfortable. It might be time for something new. The couch is a pull out bed so the cross bar can be felt when sitting. Other than that we really enjoyed our vacation stay at Ocean Side and have recommended it to everyone I know. Hope to see you next year.
