Brand New Construction! Ocean Thriller at 903 Ocean Boulevard on the Isle of Palms is a Ocean view, 6 bedroom, 6 ensuite, and 2 half bath, custom-built home as of 2024. Located in a premier spot with the beach just across the street. Enjoy easy access not only to the beach, but to the local restaurants, beach shopping, and County Park all just one block away.

The backyard of this home is a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment with a private Salt-water pool, heated jacuzzi, gaming area with ping pong and foosball, and plenty of seating. The screened in porch includes a large al fresco dining area and outdoor seating. Enjoy two ocean view decks on the front of the home.

The interior of the home includes a gourmet kitchen with new appliances and an expansive island with bar seating. An open floor plan flows from the comfortable living space to an interior dining area with seating for 14 guests. There are 6 spacious bedrooms, including one that is perfect for kids with two queens and two twins. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. First floor bathrooms equipped with shower seats. Dual primary suites on the second floor featuring king beds, dual vanities, and walk-in showers.

Additional amenities include a car charger for electric cars. Elevator. Stocked kitchen. Outdoor shower. Half bathroom in the garage. Laundry room with Washer and Dryer. Linens and towels. All reservation (3-21 nights) will receive $250 credit toward VayK Life for beach gear rentals.

Free WiFi. Please note that high speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is nonintegral to the agreement. No refund of rentals shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal references with regard to Internet service

NOTE: Elevator is available for convenience, but is not ADA complaint nor a guaranteed amenity. The Elevator only goes from ground level to the first floor. It does not go to top floor. Pool is able to be heated for an additional fee, but this is only applicable for warmer spring/fall months. Outdoor fireplace is not a usable amenity. Please add additional amenities no later than 48 hours prior to arrival to ensure availability. No smoking is allowed. Strict no pet policy. Must be 25 years or older to rent.

The house was everything we need. Across the street from the beach, a pool to cool off, bars and restaurants right down the street. Everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms, would definitely stay here again if we come back down this way.

Beautiful home! Well maintained and furnished. It still smells brand new! Fantastic and convenient location! We also had a great experience with Lighting Bugz. In addition to renting the cart on property, we rented a second gas cart. Both were great! Since we rented over Christmas, Carolina One left a lovely and thoughtful gift for our family. I would highly recommend this property!!

This was a great property for all the family scattered around to come together for a week! We loved that is was a new construction and the attention to details! The proximity to the beach was amazing! Because it’s managed/owned by a company rather than an individual communication was not as prompt or as responsive as I would have liked.
