A SERENE RETREAT — THOUGHTFULLY HOSTED
Welcome to our bright and comfortable 650 sq. ft. one-bedroom condo, one of the largest one-bedroom units in the desirable Sports Village resort. Privately owned and personally managed, the condo is professionally cleaned and carefully prepared between every stay, with close attention to comfort, cleanliness, and the details that make a stay feel easy and relaxing. It features a private exterior entry and a peaceful balcony, perfect for morning coffee or alfresco dining.
This condo is an excellent fit for couples and small families who appreciate extra space, privacy, and a quiet, well-maintained home base within a resort setting.
POSITIONED FOR ADVENTURE — AND QUIET RELAXATION
The condo is well-positioned for both exploration and downtime, about 10 minutes from Snow Canyon State Park and 40 minutes from Zion National Park. The Bearclaw Poppy Trail for hiking and biking is just 2 blocks away, and grocery stores and everyday amenities are within a 5–10-minute drive. The condo is located on the quiet southern end of town, away from main road traffic, and secure RV and boat parking is available within the community.
KING-SIZED COMFORT & EXTRA SPACE
The spacious primary bedroom features a king-size bed with quality linens and a smart TV. The bathroom includes double sinks with generous counter space, and the bedroom also offers an additional two-sink vanity, providing plenty of room to get ready comfortably—especially appreciated by couples and guests staying longer.
The living area includes a queen memory-foam sleeper sofa and a bonus door that allows the space to be closed off, creating a private second sleeping area. This flexible layout works well for couples, small families, or friends traveling together.
FULL RESORT ACCESS
Guests enjoy unlimited access to Sports Village’s resort-style amenities, just a short walk away, including:
-Two heated swimming pools and hot tubs (including an adults-only option)
-Tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts
-Indoor racquetball courts (equipment available)
-Mini-golf and shuffleboard
-A game room with ping pong, foosball, and pool table
-Fitness center
-Scenic walking paths throughout the community
FULLY EQUIPPED FOR REAL LIVING
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and complete cooking and baking essentials. A coffee maker with grinder, tea kettle, crockpot, blender, and dishwasher are provided for convenience.
For guests traveling with little ones, toddler dishes, a Pack ’n Play, crib, and high chair are available. An in-unit washer and dryer makes both short and extended stays more comfortable.
EASY ACCESS & ARRIVAL
This is a second-floor unit with approximately 10–12 stairs to the front door. Keyless entry allows for smooth, flexible arrivals.
TRAVELING WITH A LARGER GROUP?
We also offer a two-bedroom, two-bath condo (approximately 1,100 sq. ft.) in the same resort community. This can be a great option for family reunions or group getaways. Please message us for details on booking both properties.
LONGER STAYS
Monthly rates may be available during select winter months for our two condos. Feel free to reach out for more information.
This condo is best suited for couples, small families, and guests seeking a calm, comfortable stay with convenient access to outdoor recreation and resort amenities. We’re always happy to answer questions and look forward to possibly hosting you!
Security Hold Disclosure
We do not charge a security deposit. Instead, a temporary $600 pre-authorization hold is placed the day before checkout. This is not a charge and is automatically released within approximately 7 days.
HOUSE RULES - AGREEMENT MADE UPON BOOKING
- Guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor shall Guest use the Property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law, association rules, or ordinance, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the Property.
• There is NO smoking allowed inside the condo, on the balcony, or near the front door. This includes vaping/marijuana and any legal or illegal drugs.
• Absolutely NO parties. We’re okay with small celebrations with the number of guests booked.
• Please leave the condo in the condition you entered it. The cleaning fee does not cover excessive mess; The cleaning fee covers hiring our housekeeper to clean all linens, kitchen, bathrooms, living area, dusting, and up-keeping the condo.
• Please communicate with us about anything broken or stained during your stay. Any excessive mess or damaged items may result in the deposit withholding.
-RESPECTING OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. Our condo is located in a quiet condo community. Please be respectful and keep noise to a minimum. There are many close trails, parks, etc., to get out, see wildlife, and enjoy nature!
-INTERNET USE: NO illegal downloading of any sort, no p2p file sharing. Watching movies and using your favorite apps to enjoy TV shows and movies is provided.
The homeowner reserves the right to check on the property as needed to preserve the safety and security of the home to ensure the guests have a pleasant experience.

Our passion for this area led us to acquire a cozy 2-bedroom condo within the Sports Village community. Inspired by our love for our visits, we decided to extend the joy to fellow travelers by purchasing and remodeling a charming 1-bedroom condo. While we love our visits, our primary goal is to share and create retreats that provide a wonderful experience for our guests.

The location is ideal within the Sports Village Resort! You'll also discover convenience with shopping and golf courses just a stone's throw away. This condo is strategically positioned, directly across from the resort's diverse range of amenities.
But what truly sets our retreat apart is its harmonious balance. Nestled on the "rim" side of the complex, it provides a peaceful place to end the day. It is shielded from families enjoying the pool and basketball courts, unlike other units in the community. Here, you'll find solace and serenity after exploring the surrounding area or enjoy the resort amenities.

What makes this property unique
Quiet and peaceful. Our end unit with a quaint balcony and beautiful, and comfortable furnishings is a retreat that feels like "home". Guests comment how beautiful our photos are, but later compliment how it feels and looks when they arrive. They note how pleased they are with the condo in our guestbook, and we look forward to sharing the place with you!
