WOW, WHAT A VIEW Sits on Golf course. Zions, Sand Hollow, Hike, swim, bike, Golf

The backyard has a spectacular view of Coral Canyon Golf Course, mountains, hills and a pond. It sits Right across from pool, hot tubs and showers.
This clean, model home, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms 3 TV'S. All on one level. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of dishes, spices, towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent and much more. Relax each night on the back patio, just soaking up the views.

Sleeps 8 adults in beds. 'SLEEP NUMBER' bed in king room. Individual settings let you choose your own individual comfort. 2nd bedroom has large tv and queen bed. 3rd bedroom has TV bunk bed (1 single and 1 double and 1 queen}. We also have a pack-n-play. Large master closet fits the pack-n-play for a quiet sleeping baby or pad for child. Please read reviews of other guests stay.

Club house area is a big hit for all ages. Conveniently located across the street, with pool, hot tub, ping pong table , fitness center and stocked fishing pond.

We couldn't be any more pleased with this home! Truly, the photos don't do the property justice. Checking in was beyond easy, and the owner even followed up with a text to touch base / let us know to contact them with any questions or concerns. The home was very clean, very well maintained, and stocked with household items beyond what I could have even hoped for. 15 out of 10 stars - I'd be willing to change future trip dates just to make sure we're able to stay here again.

Great Location

My family and I stayed here during our national park trip. It was on the tail end so we all enjoyed relaxing with the views and swimming in the pool and hot tub.The house had everything we needed and very well cleaned.Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice home overlooking the golf course. 10-15 minutes from St George restaurants. Close to I15. One hour to Zion. We would rent here again. Great communication with the owners.

We live in Ogden, Utah. We have 5 sons, 1 daughter & 22 Grandchildren. My husband played football for Dixie College (many, many years ago.) We love camping, hiking, biking and anything outdoors.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the view this property had, it is breathtaking. When we saw all the amenities this subdivision had to offer, we could picture our children and grandchildren spending time and having fun. No matter the age, there is something for all. My boys and their dad love golf and us girls love to shop, bike and hike. This home was beautiful and had it all. So it is now ours and we would like to share it with you.

What makes this property unique

This home was the model home and has many upgrades and looks like new. Clean and neutral colors made it easy to decorate. The family room sold us with the view and large pitcure windows.
