Serene Tiny Home Oasis: Sauna & Cold Plunge
Escape to a tranquil country oasis on 5 acres down a scenic 1/2 mile gravel road. Conveniently located: 10 min to Jordan Lake, 18 min to Harris Lake, 30 min to RDU Airport, 5 min to Sanford Exec Airport, and 10 min to Sanford town. Step into a unique shed turned luxurious tiny house conversion, completed in 2024. Enjoy a spacious private deck, sauna, cold plunge, outdoor shower and a blend of modern comfort and rustic charm. Experience nature and luxury at this exceptional retreat. Through the front door is an open floor plan that includes a living area with a large tv and a full kitchen. The couch pulls out to a full size bed. We have high speed Starlink internet for those working remotely. Beside the multipurpose sliding door there is a storage closet with extra items that may be needed as well as a bedroom with a closet, queen bed and a full bathroom Nestle by a fire on the back patio with a fire pit built into the table. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning looking into the wilderness. Embrace the healing properties of a custom built sauna, cold plunge and outdoor shower. Feel free to utilize the entire tiny house and the area surrounding it. We live in the main house on the property and are here to support with answering any questions or to help with any needs. Just reach out to us through the app and we’re happy to help!
