When we arrived the floors were very dirty, there was food under the table and around the kitchen, there were toenails on the floor by the couch, the walls were disgusting, there were black handprints all over the walls food on the walls as well as blood, we were unable to use the hot tube due to the water being a brown tint with a bunch of floating particles, there was no hand soap, the remotes did not work for the tvs and half were missing, the replacement batteries were bad, there was no emergency shock for the hot tub, the chair was broken on the deck, handprints all over the sliding glass door that was just dirty, everything was extremely dusty, the property was beautiful, however the house was very dirty.

We were very excited to visit the cabin for our mini family vacation. The cabin was as beautiful as described. There was enough space and amenities to keep everyone busy when we were inside. The beds were spacious and very comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay and would book again. It did not disappoint.

Great Vacation!

This is a beautiful cabin and we loved staying here! We were close enough to all we wanted to go to and see and it had plenty of space for all ten of us to spread out. That was important. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and extras. The only thing I would add to bring is extra towels for the pool and hot tub. I would definitely recommend this cabin and its kind hosts to others. Thank you for your hospitality!

First impression is the whole aesthetic and welcoming set up! Although we didn’t use the dinner table setup.. it was a very nice gesture! The reviews did leave us a bit concern on cleanliness, but the place was very well cleaned upon our arrival. Kitchen had more gadgets than I expected from blenders to toasters and griddles. Only inconvenience was that trash had to be taken down to trash receptacle at the community entrance. But overall, our family enjoyed our stay with the heated indoor pool, hot tub and game room! Super beautiful home!

I would say they need to get real dustpans for the broom instead of 2 cut up paper plates. The kids of all ages enjoyed the game room, pool, and hot tub. Resort is still under construction so while the homes are beautiful, there are also some unsightly views as well.

Our stay

Nice cabin! Perfect location! Peaceful and lots to do inside the cabin it has everything you can possibly need for a large group. Very spacious. In a great location. The only downside to me would be it not having a tub for smaller kids and also it not having sofa beds and the tv wasn’t set up in certain areas The place is nice overall I would definitely book again.

TN Springbreak Vacay!

Overall it was a great place to create memories with our family and friends. Kids loved every second of it. Only complaint was the cleanliness- it was clearly not all done (toilets, showers and kitchen biggest offenders). Owners apologized and offered cleaners to come, but we were already unpacked.

March 2025 Stay

Place was clean and beds were comfortable. Games were fun. 2 of the showers didn’t work properly and sprayed water all over the bathroom when you turned them on. The HVAC unit to the whole upstairs didn’t work our entire stay. They brought people out 3 times and could not fix it for us. Very hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. A cabinet piece was broken when we got there. Half the bathrooms had no hand soap. The kitchen hand soap was filled with water. The tv remotes weren’t paired with the right TVs so come bedtime we spent an hour trying to figure out how to get the tv remotes to even work.

Average Stay

This was our first time staying in this community. The home while advertised as fairly new still needs some work and care. We had 10 family members, including 4 being kids 7 and under, 1 being 10 mo old and another 16 mo. The hot water will get scalding hot and not safe for anyone, and will do randomly even when on cold. We did report this. We arrived to broken/damage furniture and shower head hanging off the wall. They were to come back fix it but they never did. One problem to keep in mind especially with kids, is the pool door will close and lock at random Times. The hand railings were loose on the back porch ao defiantly not safe for anyone. While we enjoyed the area, we will not be renting this home again.
