Endless Memories by the Sea at Peck Plaza 8NE Our beautifully remodeled, direct-oceanfront two-bedroom, two-bath condo at iconic Peck Plaza in Daytona Beach Shores welcomes up to six guests. Recently refreshed with all-new furniture, all-new coastal décor, and a fresh coat of paint throughout, the condo offers a clean, updated, and comfortable setting for your beach vacation. Wake up to the Atlantic and enjoy sweeping views of the ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, and sparkling city lights—all from the comfort of your beachside getaway. Relax, unwind, and enjoy. We’ve thought of the details, so you don’t have to. The primary suite features a king bed with premium microfiber twin-blend linens, extra blankets, a choice of soft and firm pillows, a walk-in closet with hangers, two fans, a 12-in-1 desktop charging station, and a Smart TV with Hulu, Roku, and basic cable. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and twin bed with premium blend linens, extra blankets, soft and firm pillows, a closet with hangers, two fans, a 12-in-1 desktop charging station, and a Smart TV with Hulu, Roku, and basic cable. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains for a comfortable night’s sleep. The living area offers comfortable all-new furniture for the whole family, including a queen sleeper sofa with mattress protector. Enjoy a Smart TV with Hulu, Roku, and basic cable, along with board games, cards, books, a ceiling fan, blackout curtains, and beautiful ocean and Intracoastal views. Our fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to enjoy meals at the condo. You’ll find a Keurig with six K-Cups provided, a 12-cup drip coffee maker with two coffee packs and two filters, toaster, blender, microwave, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, stove, oven, full cookware set, dishes, bowls, glasses, mugs, utensils, cooking utensils, knives, mixing bowls, measuring cups and spoons, wine glasses, corkscrew, baking sheets, strainer, colander, and crock pot. We also provide salt, pepper, sugar, spices, one roll of paper towels, two trash bags, mini dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and two dishwasher detergent pods. Both bathrooms are stocked with bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup towels, bar hand soap, Kleenex, a shampoo sample, and two rolls of toilet paper. A hair dryer is provided in each bathroom, along with a plunger. For your convenience, the condo has a full-size washer and dryer with laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided. You’ll also find a clothes steamer, vacuum, broom, and laundry baskets. Traveling with little ones? We provide plenty of family extras, including a 7-in-1 Pack ’n Play with bassinet, bedside crib, playpen, travel crib, and changing station, along with a high chair, outlet covers, kids’ dinnerware, toddler and child cups, bowls, plates and utensils, baby bedding, and double-sided bed rails. We’ve also included plenty of beach extras to help you pack lighter. Guests have access to four beach chairs, two beach tents, two boogie boards, a soft cooler, beach bag, sand toys, and beach towels. Your stay includes two parking spaces—one in the parking garage with a maximum 6-foot ceiling clearance and one in the adjacent uncovered north parking lot. From morning coffee overlooking the Atlantic to relaxing after a day on the beach, we’ve tried to provide the little conveniences that make your vacation easier, so you can spend less time worrying about what you packed and more time enjoying your time together. • Guests must wear cover-ups, shirts, and shoes in common areas
• All guests must be registered with the HOA; full names and ages are required
• Maximum of 2 vehicles including 1-lower garage spot
• Trailers are not permitted onsite

• Peck Plaza is a secure building with FOB-controlled access to designated building amenities and areas.
• Security cameras are located throughout Peck Plaza common areas, including the garage, parking lot, lobby, elevators, club-level interior, and pool deck.
• The condo does not have ADA-accessible features installed.
