Patton Mountain is one of Asheville's most scenic and desirable neighborhoods. It is located just minutes from downtown Asheville and offers a unique blend of convenient access to the urban center but your immediate surroundings are the serene natural beauty. The road winds up through lush, forested hills, providing guests with breathtaking panoramic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Here you will find many of Asheville's most luxurious homes and properties. Many residences boast modern amenities, expansive windows, and large outdoor spaces to appreciate the picturesque surroundings fully.
The area is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. Hiking, biking, and nature walks are popular activities, with numerous trails and parks nearby. The Blue Ridge Parkway is also easily accessible for longer scenic drives and outdoor adventures.
Critical note regarding black bears:
This estate is close to town but is over 8 acres and secluded among other large forested estate properties near the Blue Ridge Parkway corridor. You are very likely to see black bears and other wild animals. We strongly recommend getting acquainted with the guidelines found on National Park Service website regarding black bears and definitely do not leave food out.
Asheville is known for its many activities, from hiking to horseback riding, zip lining, breweries, restaurants, art and more. The Town Mountain Villa is a perfect blend where it is tucked away on the mountain, but has unparalleled access to downtown and other area activities.
The villa sits off a state mountain road just outside of town, which makes the property private and quiet. The easy horseshoe driveway with ingress and egress easily accommodates up to 6 cars.
Grocery stores such as Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are an 11min drive or less and other grocery delivery apps service the property so groceries can be delivered.
Please know that there are stairs to access the property. There are stairs between the garage and the main level or you can walk some outdoor stairs to the front door. Some of the outdoor pathways and stairs may be uneven and have stone stairs without railings.

This dining area can comfortably fit 12 or more and ensures plenty of space for everyone to gather and enjoy each other’s company.
Hot Tub:
Unwind in the hot tub on the lower deck as you enjoy the view through our glass panel railing. It is perfect for soaking under the stars and enjoying the serene mountain atmosphere.
Cinema Lounge:
Fully secluded by a connected hallway to the rest of the house, the cinema lounge features a 100" screen with a Sonos Ultra Soundbar that is designed for viewing movies, games, or simply used as a separate private lounge area. This custom-designed lounge was designed to reflect Asheville's bohemian culture as well as nods to its Gilded Age elegance. It has comfortable seating, games, and a queen Murphy Bed.

Guests can enjoy their freedom to check in and check out easily with keyless entry. You will receive your keyless entry code by the morning of your check-in date if not earlier.
Town Mountain Rd is a primary state road, and ride-sharing is easy and available.
