This house is as advertised. We had a very good stay. The host was very responsive. There are a lot of stairs but the overall layout is very good.

This place is the unicorn of short stays. 5 queen beds in 5 bedrooms. We had a guys weekend with 5 single guys that this worked out well for. It was really nice having the soap, shampoo, coffee, etc provided. The only real negatives I would say is the closeness to the expressway - the noise wasn't horrible but could be for some folks. There were bugs coming in from outside in the basement through the outside door. I let the owner know to have that treated. No issue with the bugs in bedrooms downstairs though.

Great bedroom space

5 bedrooms all very comfortable. GREAT for a place you just need to crash and all have your own space. Gets very crowded in kitchen as there is no place to gather comfortably, but unless that's your goal, this place is great for location and cleanliness and bedrooms.

Nice home, fit our needs perfectly

Nice new home. We were in town for a family wedding. Much nicer than staying in a hotel downtown. The front bedroom does pick up a fair amount of the I26 freeway noise but there is a sound machine that covers the noise reasonably well. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would return if we’re in the area again.

Great Stay!

We went on a girls trip to Ashville and had a great time. Location was convenient to all the places we visited, including the Biltmore. The price was excellent. The house is located in a residential area with full time residents. It is located between a busy highway and an industrial area. I suggest bringing ear plugs for the Highway. I had read other reviews prior to our stay so we were prepared and had a great stay!

Cute little place with 5 bedroom. One room had an en suite bathroom. It was very quiet even though it's close to a highway. It's tucked away, and secludedStill, it was 15 to 20 minutes from all the places we wanted to see. The Pennycup Silverline Cafe is cute and the coffee and pastries are great! It's just down the hill.

Great Place

The property was great. No bedrooms on main floor. 3 beds 2 baths up 2 beds 1 bath down. 1/2 bath on main floor. W/D down. There was a battery missing out of the remote for TV when I got there but I happened to have 2 with me. Convenient to everything. Very well appointed. I would say the only negative point was the road noise from the highway less than 100 yards outside the front door. It was the perfect time to see all the leaves changing colors on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Would definitely stay here again
