We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was very clean and well stocked. The house is pretty centrally located so it is good to go into downtown Hot Springs or on into Mt. Ida for some crystal mining! There are quite a few steps in this house, so if you have mobility issues take that in to consideration. It was perfect for our family of four. Thank you again for letting us stay in this adorable house!
"We enjoyed our stay at this rental! The home was neat, clean, and beautifully decorated. Its location was convenient for getting into town and seeing the local sights. However, it’s worth noting the layout is quite challenging for older guests or those with mobility issues. The kitchen is down a set of steep stairs, and the loft (with the queen bed) is only accessible via an industrial pipe ladder. Since the bathroom is downstairs, we ended up moving to the full bed on the main floor for safety at night. That bed is against a wall, making it a bit tight for two people. It’s a lovely, aesthetic space, but better suited for younger travelers or those comfortable with ladders and stairs.
This little home is just what we needed for our vacation. Everything we needed was provided and everything was so close and convenient (Store wise). I would definitely book again.

You so much for coming to stay! We would be thrilled to have you again ❤️. Happy 2025 to you and yours!
Wow! What a cute place to stay for me and my two girlfriends. The host was very friendly and helpful with information. Close to all of the local attractions. Located at the top of a hill overlooking the lake and close to Garvin Woodland Gardens. I would call this home a quirky tiny home, but bigger. There are some steps and ladders to maneuver around and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone with balance issues or disabilities. The home provided everything that we needed for our stay. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable. The door lock was a little tricky, until you learn the trick; which was pulling the door handle toward you and holding down the bottom right button after entering the code. We booked reservations at Quapaw Spa a couple of months in advance of our stay. Don’t expect to book the week before for private accommodation. Plan ahead. Reservations at 501 Prime also did not disappoint. Found some amazing jewelry at Historic District Antiques. What a beautiful area to visit. Looking forward to going back soon.
Overall we had a good stay. We were caught off guard by a few things - - The cabin is technically 3 stories. Both sets of stairs are challenging to navigate, at least for us over 50 people. - The listing gives the impression that the cabin is on Lake Hamilton. I was expecting a lake view. We did not have that. The neighborhood access ramp is not convenient. We wanted a view that we did not have. The hosts were kind and helpful via messaging.
