Treat yourself to the best of Alaskan fishing with our short-term rental, located in the country 7 miles south of Soldotna and near the Kenai and Kasilof Rivers. For halibut enthusiasts, Ninilchik is just 35 miles away, and Homer is only 70 miles from your doorstep.

Our triplex is right on the Sterling Highway mile 103. Bring your whole family to our spacious two-bedroom Peaceful Acres Triplex Apt One The Lighthouse Inn.

The Space:
Nestled in the heart of the breathtaking Kenai National Forest, the Lighthouse Inn offers a serene retreat with stunning mountain views. Unit One, part of a charming triplex, provides the perfect blend of tranquility and natural beauty.

Our triplex includes free Wi-Fi, smart TV, room darkening shades, refrigerator, stove, washer/dryer, porch, outdoor pellet grill, and many other amenities.

BEDROOM 1: 1 King and 2 XL Twin beds

BEDROOM 2: 2 XL Twin beds

KITCHEN: Stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, drip coffee maker, rice cooker, slow cooker, baking dishes, silverware, knife set, bowls, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, and 50 other cooking items as well as a pellet grill.

GENERAL: Complimentary toiletries, linens, towels, trash bags & paper towels

While fish cleaning and vacuum sealing are not allowed inside the apartment, we offer a dedicated fish cleaning area and facilities in our garage for vacuum sealing and freezing your catch.

Guest Access:
You are welcome to have friends come and visit but we request no large events at your unit to keep a quiet atmosphere for our other guests

We have extra grilling supplies you may borrow.

Full Time Parking for 2 vehicles

Alcohol is permitted at your apartment.

Please no alcohol on the rest of our property.

This lovely facility was very conveniently located on SH 1. Equidistant from the Kasilof river and the city of Soldotna. Our host provided great check-in instructions and we were greeted by an apartment that was exactly as described.

Bobbie was born in Anchorage, Alaska, and in 1959, her family moved to the Soldotna Family Homestead, where our beloved “Peaceful Acres” Cabins & Jackson Gardens Alaska are now located. Harold, originally from Arizona, made his way to Alaska in 1961, and together, we've built a life steeped in the beauty and bounty of the Kenai Peninsula.

Our Peaceful Acres Cabins and Apartment are nestled on 10 acres of flourishing fruit, vegetable, and flower gardens, making them a true haven in Soldotna, Alaska. What sets our property apart is the vibrant, organic farming we practice right here on-site. If you're passionate about sustainable agriculture or just curious to learn more, we invite you to visit our Jackson Gardens Alaska website where you can delve deeper into our farming methods and philosophy.

In 2024, we decided to open our on-site cabins and apartment for short-term rentals, welcoming guests to experience the tranquility and natural beauty we’ve cherished for decades.
