This was an amazing space with so much to offer. the house was very comfortable with lots of space. Pool was so beautiful and kitchen had everything that was needed. Owner was amazing and very responsive. I would definitely rent from this owner again.

The property was great for our dogs as they had room to run and explore. Also very roomy in the house for the 6 adults who stayed. The location was too far from the golf courses in Phoenix and will need to keep this in mind for October. This is a great house but there are some things that need to be addressed. The toilet in the hall bathroom was not "fixed" to the floor and hit the wall. Sink in that bathroom clogged every day. The house needs to be cleaned better. Also leave some garden tools outside so guests can help around the house with yardwork. Towels and bedding were clean but too much dust and debris from previous guests. Update the glassware in the kitchen....glass would be better than the plastic. Overall it was a good fit I just wish it had been cleaner.
