This villa (appartment really) is nice, good space and ok location.
Were it falls down is, the rooms are dated with beds and door knobs that creak, which is not great when you have young childern asleep. There are 2 massive staircases, one to access the main living area and a spiral straicase to access the roof terrace, again a nightmare if you have young childern or elderly grand parents.
You have an electricity allownce which we went over with minimal use as we ventured out every day, another hiden point.
Fianlly while there, we broke an table lamp, unfortunate and we informed the lady when she came in, expecting a chanrge but was hit with a €50, which was way over the price of the lamp. Just put a bitter end to the holiday
Spacious Modern House welcomes you to St Julian, Malta
If you are after a modern home close to all the holiday action, then you are at the right place.
This property is located in a fairly quiet residential area, but within walking distance to all the holiday spots in St Julian, including the lovely beaches. It is well equipped with all the modern amenities you need. It has a large rooftop equipped with a gas barbecue to relax after a hectic day.
The supermarket is only a 9 minute walk and it is well stocked, as you get at any supermarket in the U.K.
There is a lot to see and do in Malta. If you are there for a week, I recommend buying a 7-day ultimate bus pass. This allows you to jump on any bus on the island at a very reasonable fee. The nearest bus stop is only about 7 minutes walk from the property.
There are lots of places to visit and things to do. A must for any family is the waterpark and the Blue Lagoon by boat to the Comino Island. Valleta and Mdina are lovely places to visit.
We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks a lot Charlotte, for the excellent and prompt communications and also for arranging for us to be picked and dropped off at the airport. Thomas
Great holiday house
We had a fantastic week here, the house was very well equipped and clean. It was in a good position, quiet location but 12 minutes walk to Spinola bay and about the same to St George’s bay. We didn’t need a car as we used the buses, 2 euros any journey. We had a problem with the flow of water in one of the bathrooms and it was fixed by 9.00 a.m the next day. Charlotte was brilliant at communicating beforehand and arranged our airport transfers with a really helpful man. We really enjoyed Valletta, Mdina and Mosta and Marsaxlokk ( too busy on market day!). Highly recommend Tapaz Restaurant in St. George’s bay, delicious food and lovely staff. If you want use of a swimming pool we used the Corinthium hotel, they charge 20 euros a day but that includes 20 euros for drinks and lunch while you’re there. This was a trip down memory lane for us as we lived there years ago and we weren’t disappointed we had a lovely holiday. Thank you Charlotte.
Top quality fitted apartment
Fitted to a very high standard. Great kitchen and bathroom - fast wifi. We had a car and drove - once you get your hang of the streets it is pretty easy to get onto the main roads and zoom around the Island. It is town/suburb house so for walks, sightseeing, or facilities you need to travel but not far.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We are so happy you had a great time in Malta and hope you will visit and stay with us again in the future.
A great place to stay!
What a little gem of a place to stay. Charlotte, the hostess is full of Malta charm and was extremely helpful and welcoming on every level. The villa is absolutely massive and we found ourselves lost from each other at times. It was also crisp and clean with fans available on those hot days. Everything we needed was available including a channel to watch the F1 on the telly, and loads of great kids channels too! Within very close walking distance of both the harbour and a swimming beach and the shops too. But the highlight for me was the huge roof terrace with gas bbq! Great place for us to relax in the evenings with a sundowner. Very highly reccomended.
Great accommodation and location
Spent a couple of weeks here last summer, its in a nice quiet street but only a stones throw from the bustling seafront. The house was very well equipped and presented - all the mod cons you could wish for. Rooms were all a good size - it was very comfortable for our family of 5, especially loved the large roof terrace with BBQ, spent many an evening looking over the rooftops enjoying a beer. Only a handful of beaches in Malta but we were just 15min walk from one - also pretty close to Valletta. The weather was fabulous the whole time!
One of the best holidays we've had.

Many thanks for your review. We are so happy to hear you had a great time with your family. We look forward to seeing you soon.
A superb holiday location, within walking distance to the most desirable areas of St Julians, Paceville and Sliema offering the best nightlife. restaurants and shopping malls. St Julians a wonderful fishing village offering a long promenade with restaurants, cafes, and a place where one may start a tour of he Islands by bus or boat. Paceville a vibrant peninsula offering the young at heart numerous places of entertainment such as Cinemas, clubs and lively pubs partying all night. One may enjoy the clear Mediterranean St Georges beach or one of the private lidos exclusively set on the shore. Local village restaurants offering typical Maltese & Mediterranean food are found in every village or town many of them having historical sites, churches, palaces or sites worth visiting. The locals are very warm and friendly. Crime is very little & not worth mentioning. A visit to Valletta and Mdina, cities steeped in history and architecture are a must. A varied and fantastic holiday place!
