Welcome to Stay Salty!

Kitchen & Both Baths Have Just Been Remodeled!

Fantastic opportunity to walk right out your sliding glass door and head to the pool or the ocean! Amazing views from the living room and both bedrooms. Condo is fully furnished and has everything you need for a short weekend stay or visit us in the winter months! Bedroom 1 has two full size beds and Bedroom 2 features a queen size bed. Two full bathrooms with plenty of space.

Association amenities feature gorgeous oceanfront community pool, tennis courts, shuffle board & community bbq grills.

Please note that from the parking lot to the first floor there is appx 14 steps you must take. There is no elevator. You can park along A1A to unload which is the same level as the unit, but parking is required in the parking lot.

Pets are accepted, maximum 2 - $100 per pet, plus tax. Please note HOA policy of PETS: Pets must be on a leash and are not allowed in the pool area at any time. Pet owners are not permitted to walk their dogs, or allow them to urinate or defecate, anywhere on Association property. This includes the North Side area, the South Side area, and around the Poolside area. Dogs may be walked, and allowed to relieve themselves, along A1A and along Central Avenue.

Loved the small condo community and the other guests staying there. The unit’s updated kitchen and bathrooms were the best. Access to the beach and pool was a huge bonus.Our host, Melanie, was very easy to communicate with and answered all questions promptly.We’ll definitely be back!

What a great spot. Steps from the beach with a pool to go with it. Clean, comfortable condo that had everything we needed. Very helpful guide with tons of info about local amenities and attractions. We’ll be back.

The Pleasant getaway at the beach...

Very nice Beach Stay, quiet and peaceful. look forward to coming back. The property manager was very helpful and the property itself was also very nice and well cared for. This place is very relaxing and such a great view of the ocean.

Incredible!

Incredible location and place to stay. Very clean and right by the pool and beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay at. Close enough to the local restaurants and fun but far enough for peace and quiet. I can’t wait to plan my next trip!

So much fun!

The property was lovely. Very clean and had everything you could ever need on a relaxing vacation! It was so nice being so close to the beach. We really had the beach all to ourselves! The pool was very nice as well. It wasn't super crowded at all. Definitely the perfect week.

Great relaxing stay

The unit was actually bigger than I thought it would be, felt like home away from home! Very neat and clean upon arrival!! It was nice to sit on the back patio to watch the sunrise, birds fly and hear the ocean. Short walk across A1A to the beach, not crowded at all being Spring Break. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and will consider booking again in the future!!

Great Time at Flagler Beach!

Our unit was convenient, clean and well appointed. The pool area was well kept and clean! Easy access to pool and ocean. We saw a double rainbow one evening and a deer walked right in front of us as we took a walk one evening!
