¡Fantástica oportunidad para salir por su puerta corredera de cristal y dirigirse a la piscina o al océano! Impresionantes vistas desde la sala de estar y las dos habitaciones. El condominio está completamente amueblado y tiene todo lo que necesita para una corta estadía de fin de semana o visítenos en los meses de invierno. El dormitorio 1 tiene dos camas matrimoniales y el dormitorio 2 cuenta con una cama queen size. Dos baños completos con mucho espacio. Las comodidades de la asociación cuentan con una hermosa piscina comunitaria frente al mar, canchas de tenis, shuffle board y parrillas de barbacoa comunitarias.

So much fun!

The property was lovely. Very clean and had everything you could ever need on a relaxing vacation! It was so nice being so close to the beach. We really had the beach all to ourselves! The pool was very nice as well. It wasn't super crowded at all. Definitely the perfect week.

Great relaxing stay

The unit was actually bigger than I thought it would be, felt like home away from home! Very neat and clean upon arrival!! It was nice to sit on the back patio to watch the sunrise, birds fly and hear the ocean. Short walk across A1A to the beach, not crowded at all being Spring Break. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and will consider booking again in the future!!

The Pleasant getaway at the beach...

Very nice Beach Stay, quiet and peaceful. look forward to coming back. The property manager was very helpful and the property itself was also very nice and well cared for. This place is very relaxing and such a great view of the ocean.

Great location; Unit could use some updates

We stayed at the unit for a month. The location of the unit is great. You are across the street from the ocean, with walkovers to the beach in close proximity. And you can see the ocean from the patio. The unit is nice, but older and could use some updates. We found the living room couch to be very uncomfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen tools. We had our Golden Retriever with us for the month, and you are not supposed to have your dogs on any green space on the property. So you need to take your pet off the property - either behind the rear parking lot, or outside the walled area in front of the complex. We found the other people staying at the complex to be extremely friendly.

Fall break for teachers meet Hurricane Ian

The property was perfect. It was exactly what was pictured in the photos. We LOVE Ocean Beach Club 1! It was clean and well stocked with plenty of bath towels and beach towels. There were 2 rolls of TP in each bathroom and 2 rolls of paper towels in the kitchen, which is common for any condo we have ever stayed in. The furniture was perfect. Very comfortable couch and 2 recliners. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook whatever you want. The grounds are immaculate and the views are to die for. This was the 3rd time we have stayed at Ocean Beach Club 1, each time in a different condo. We only got 1 day out of 5 and had to leave due to the storm. We hope that they made it through Ian with no or minimal damage! We could live here! Thank you and see you next time!

Welcome back to 1970

The place is old and hasn't seen a remodel since it was built in 1975. The cabinetry in the kitchen is as cheap as it gets and there was no toilet paper other than 1/4 of a roll in each of the bathrooms, not even a blender in the kitchen or a hair dryer. Old furniture, creaky fans, super uncomfortable chairs in the dinette. Cheap hosts doesn't even start to describe it for as many rules as they have. You have to remove the linens, clean the kitchen, wash the dishes and even take out the trash, etc. You'd think they don't charge a cleaning fee, but they do. Never again with them.

Awesome mini vacay

Awesome location. Immaculate,private beach.condo was very comfortable and well stocked.We had a blast. Loved the pool,plenty of beach time,and great sunrise.Manager was helpful,accessible and promptly returned answers to our questions. Wish we could stay a month. We'll be back. Next time we'll do most of our own cooking. Kitchen was well stocked and updated.Hated to leave.

Perfect Salty Vibes!

Loved our vacation at Flagler. The first thing that stood out to me was how clean this condo was! On top of the unit being extremely clean the mattresses were comfortable, the towels plush. and the unit was well stocked with everything you possibly could need. The pool was terrific and the ocean view couldn’t get any better! We will be back!

Excellent!!!

This condo is amazing. It has everything you would need during your stay. Wide assortment of cookware, any kind of utensil that you can imagine, beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella. Even tools (if you were to need them). Very comfortable and on the ground floor steps from the pool. The beach was never crowded. Wonderful restaurants nearby. Can’t wait to go back next year!

Needs a deep clean and maintenance and access to the property.

The location itself is wonderful. Within walking distance to our event. The property access is a bit of work. My mother has great difficulty walking (especially stairs) We checked in late and thank goodness a condo owner familiar with the property was able to assist. Even on the 1st floor you have to clear 2 flights of stairs from the parking lot. We parked in the front (ground level) on busy A1A in the grass. Unloaded our items and made it to the condo. Then had to re-park the car and return cart. The condo it's self is "retro" & I embrace that vibe myself. However, the patio chairs were broken and 2 not useable. Most dishes were dirty & required washing before use. The microwave did not work (@ least not for us) The bedroom with 2 queens needs some housekeeping. The walls and ceiling were dusty and the bathroom hot/cold handle was inoperable. Needed plyers to operate. Overall we enjoyed our stay and morning coffee on the patio overlooking the ocean. Our beloved pet was also a welcomed guest which is always a win!! I hope this review is found helpful to you all and not criticizing.

Flagler vacation

We enjoyed staying at this condo. It is well appointed, furniture is comfortable including the beds. The kitchen is small so if you like to cook it could be difficult. Great location. Faces the pool and ocean. It was difficult to find. We arrived in the dark and the name of the complex wasn't on the reservation. There are steps from the parking lot so be prepared.
