This townhouse features 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, private fenced yard with large patio, Weber grill, cooler, and patio set with built-in fire pit and interior fireplace. Perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood and just a few minutes walk to downtown restaurants, stores and AU's campus, and a short drive to Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail. Plenty of on site parking in private driveway.
This brilliant property boasts a tranquil atmosphere that will instantly put guests at ease. With 2 king beds, 1 queen/twin bunk bed, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The cozy living area is perfect for relaxing after a big game or a day of exploring campus, and the fully equipped kitchen and patio allows guests to prepare delicious meals. The place is clean and updated and it is easy walking distance to the stadium so you don’t have to worry about parking your car somewhere. It was about a 15 minute walk to the stadium and that’s usually how far we walk when we park our car anyway.

Auburn Victory - Nice Townhouse
We stayed at "Aubie's Abode" this weekend and got treated to a massive W against Texas A&M. The townhouse is a very walkable distance from campus and Jordan Hare. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and the TV/sound bar with streaming worked perfectly. The bathrooms are a bit small but perfect for a short weekend. It has a nice backyard if you want to pre-game before walking to campus. The only change I would make is to change the old-school coffee maker and replace it with a Keurig. I recommend this rental for groups of 7 or less.
