One bedroom one bath very well-maintained non-smoking condo located minutes from beautiful downtown South East Cape Coral, Florida. Bring your boat!
This very relaxing turnkey first floor center unit is perfect for a seasonal get-a-way! The grounds and heated pool are very well-maintained with a community gas grill, as well as a smoker. It has a fantastic view of the beautiful Rubicon waterway , a well maintained dock to cleat your boat up to and the pool is right out your back door.
This condo is 1 mile from the local bridge bringing you into Fort Myers, with close proximity to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva.
The newly developed Cape Coral Yacht Club and beach is less than a mile away.
Amongst the furnishings, there is a new queen, Sealy Posturepedic adjustable bed and new bedding. The living area has an extra comfy couch and oversized chair and ottoman for those out of town sporadic visitors. The kitchen is fully equipped for any meal You may want to prepare. Don’t want to cook? We are minutes from the best local sports bars to the finest restaurants as well as Winn-Dixie & Publix.
Amenities include dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine, Emeril Lagasse countertop air fryer/oven, garbage disposal, printer, all whirlpool stainless steel appliances with water and ice on the fridge door. TVs in every room, including the lanai. iRobot & Bluetooth portable speaker included. 2 large bedroom closets.
Utilities include: electric/water/garbage, Roku/fire stick and streaming Internet.
First months rent/ security deposit and $100 fee for the HOA required background check is due upon contract signing.
This is a 4 to 6 month rental, sorry, but no pets, no smoking, and no motorcycles are permitted in this community by the HOA. Save on fees, I, the owner can be reached at 239-699-1150

This seasonal rental is unique because it is not an investment property, it is our home. We only rent to one family per year. This means we get it ready for you the same as we like it. We are there before you and after, it is spotlessly cleaned and comfortable. You have no concerns about strangers being there prior to your stay.
