Nice quiet neighborhood. The Tipsy Turtle house was well equipped and clean. Close to shopping and short drive to Pine Island. Plenty of pool toys and floaties. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and coolers for our use. Host was quick to answer any question we had. We stayed a month.

We can’t say enough great things about this home. Well equipped, great location, beautiful pool, the nicest owners. We would stay here again and again. If you are pet parents, it was a pleasant surprise for us, the yard is fenced in, outside the pool area. Our girls LOVED that. Stay here, make memories, explore Cape Cora, you won’t be disappointed.

Our stay here was awesome! The pool was amazing, with all of the toys and amenities. The hosts were great when we asked for food recommendations and things to do in the area. We recommend this place to others and will definitely stay here again!

This is the first time we have ever rented anyplace, and while we could see the place from the pictures posted on line, it’s sometime hard to judge and get an overall impression of the space just from pictures. I was still apprehensive about the house.  From the moment I opened the front door, and seeing the entire space all at once, the first word out of my mouth was “WOW”. It was perfect for us, the vaulted ceilings gave it a very spacious feel, it felt “homey”, it felt “comfortable”, and did not lack for anything we needed for the entire time we were here.  It was perfect in every way! The kitchen had anything you would need to prepare meals, the bedrooms were comfortable , as well as the living area seating and the large TV. We enjoyed everything about it, both inside and out. The pool was heated and warm, with great seating outside around the pool. Communication with the host on a question I had was quickly answered. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It is a great location and only a few minutes away from lots of great restaurants and things to do, a perfect location. Definitely will be looking to come back again next year. A great place !

Great Stay!!

We had a great stay at this property and will recommend to all of our friends and family. It was clean and well maintained. The pool was perfect for our family and the kids loved it!! The location was ideal with a short drive to get to any store you need, restaurants and beaches. The host was very responsive for any needs. We can't wait to visit again!!

Little Getaway

This home is so beautiful and updated and cozy. I stayed there for 4 days as my kitchen and bathroom were being installed. The pool area is amazing and the neighborhood is very quiet. The furniture was very comfortable and the TV was huge! The booklet you read on check in has everything you need to know. The owner was very friendly and helpful when I was booking and checking in. Maybe just need some roll down bamboo shades on the lanai to give a little more privacy from the back neighbor. I would stay there again if I need another little getaway. I absolutely loved it there.

Cape Coral Vacation

The property is located in a very quiet suburban neighbourhood. You hardly heard any noise, day or night. You will require a vehicle here as there is only housing within walking distance. However, groceries and other shopping are only a few minutes drive away. The property was well maintained, both inside and outside. You can tell that the owners are proud of their place and want it to be comfortable for visitors. The place was spotlessly cleaned before our arrival. The hosts promptly responded to the questions we had during our visit, and did all they could to help us. The property is highly recommended.

We are a farmer & teacher with 3 children (2 boys/1 girl). We love the sand and ocean, so figured out a way to be closer to that with the purchase of this house. Since we are still fully employed, we enjoyed setting it up how we like and sharing it with others through rentals.

It's a quiet, up & coming neighborhood with several amenities within a mile away. We can walk and bike about anywhere with no worries. We have met several neighbors over this past couple of years and they are all very nice and helpful.
