Winter/Summer Lake House Retreat

The Lake House has been our family retreat for the past 12 years. The property is located along beautiful Eagle Lake in Northern Maine. The property is used year round and the lake provides entertainment both in the summer and winter months. The property is located to many snowmobile trails with access right from the front door. In the summer, the beautiful Fish River is accessible by kayak as well.

Love this place!

Location is awesome for snowmobiling, ice fishing and relaxation. This is our second time here. Sharon is fantastic to work with and very responsive. We look forward to our next stay.

A sanctuary of Warmth in a Winter Wonderland

This was our party’s second year staying at this beautiful property on Eagle Lake. The house is cozy, relaxing, beautifully decorated and equipped to manage all our vacation wants and needs. The location is prime and conditions pristine for snowmobiling. The owners are kind, hospitable, and very responsive to our needs. We really couldn’t ask for more. Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

Incredible!!

Pictures don’t do this place justice! Absolutely beautiful and right on the water! Plenty of parking space and a very quiet area. We ice fished all weekend right from inside the camp it was so close to the water. The views were wonderful and the fishing was great!! We will absolutely be back again no doubt about it!

Home on the Lake

We had a wonderful stay on Eagle Lake. Town was a quick snowmobile ride down the lake. The house had all that we needed and more. The views at all times of the day are outstanding. The two pellet stoves kept the house warm during our stay and were nice when we returned from great rides. Driveway had room for trailers. We plan to come back again next year to enjoy this home on the lake.

Northern Maine Lakehouse

We were absolutely enthralled with this location. The property was beautiful, clean and very accessible. The lake was right on the back of the property, such that you could go in or your pets could go into the water. It was very quiet and comfy and very roomy. Everything worked; there were adequate supplies provided, and the bedrooms were roomy for all of those who made this trip to Eagle Lake, ME. One night, we could even see the Northern Lights! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check in and check out process was very easy, and Sharon was wonderful to work with!

Gorgeous, Cozy Home on Eagle Lake

We were extremely pleased with this property and its wonderful owners. The home is spacious, beautifully decorated, so warm and cozy. We were 5 adults and our pup- all of us very comfortable and felt very much at home. We had plenty of room for our trailers, snowmobiles and gear. Communication with the hosts was friendly and overall superb. Easy access to the snowmobile trails. This stay exceeded our expectations! (We didn’t have the best weather for riding, but we have taken that issue up with Mother Nature! ;-) )

Moose Hunt

I chose this large home knowing I would have at least 6 people in my hunting party. It was a great spot. It enabled people to have their own space. We cooked meals and was able to do a couple loads of laundry. The beds were comfortable. Any communication I had with the owners received a response very quickly. They were very accommodating. The sun rises were wonderful. The summers there must be fantastic. Thank you so much for sharing your home. We had a successful moose hunt.

Amazing

This place was everything I could of hoped for as a lazy fisherman stayed warm inside on the porch while catching fish right our front of the house. The house was beautiful, fully equipped with everything we could of possibly needed and our host checked in on us on multiple occasions to make shure we had everything we needed.

First week in February

We stayed the first week in February, my husband, two very close friends and myself. Right on Eagle Lake and we snowmobiled right from the driveway. The house was amazing and it was very easy to speak text the owner. We had a great stay and so much was provided. They had cards and board games and all you needed for cooking. When it snowed they neighbor even came over and took care of the driveway. It was peaceful and warm and the beds were comfortable. We had a great time and would most certainly rent again if we find ourselves up that way!!!! Thank you so much!!!

Excellent stay

I’ve rented through this and similar sites many times. This was definitely a 5 star stay! Absolutely no complaints. The house was gorgeous, very comfortable and well decorated. There was nothing that I wished had been there and didn’t have. Extremely well stocked kitchen with nice pots/pans/dishes etc. I was very impressed and hope to come back again for snowmobiling!

Grouse Hunting Trip

Owner very accommodating. Was available when needed. Checked on our party several times to make sure we had all we needed. Beautiful spot on the lake. Awesome view. Very comfortable. Many amenities. Would stay again.

Cozy!

The owners were wonderful to work with. The home was just as it appeared in the pictures. Cooked every meal at home and there wasn't one thing I couldn't find in the kitchen. Highly recommend.

Great space and beautiful location

Rented over Thanksgiving with our son and his family. The kitchen has great space and was well stocked for preparing the dishes we where taken to my sister in laws. The upstairs worked out great for our son's family with everyone having their own bedroom. While 2 of the bedrooms are small the 11 and 15 year olds thought they were so cute. The sitting area with the TV in the larger bedroom provided additional space. The view of the lake from every bedroom was also a bonus. We would rent again

Beautiful home, clear instructions regarding use of home and amenities

Gorgeous comfy home with views of the lake through large picture windows. Pellet stoves kept everyone toasty during our stay with negative temps outside. Owners left clear instructions on how, what & where. Plenty of parking for truck, trailer & sleds. Cannot day enough good things about our stay. Mother Nature wasn’t as cooperative but it’s winter in NE that’s the chance you take. Thank you Chasses for opening your home to us.
