The master has a king size bed.The 2nd bedroom offers a queen size bed.. The third bedroom has a full size bed. it also has 2 full bathrooms. . The apartment offers hardwood floors, gas range, washer and dryer and dishwasher.There is also an outdoor deck with a sunny southern exposure. Turners Falls has a lot to offer the convenience of being close to shops and restaurants. It is close to hiking and bike trails along the Connecticut River. The River culture council offers events, such as the annual fall festival and Ciderdays.l. We also offer bicycles for use on the extensive bike trail system. Meticulously clean and disinfected. Located 5 minutes from Greenfield MA. 20 minutes to University of Massachusetts and the 5 college system. 15 minutes to Deerfield Academy and Northfield Mt hermon.30 minutes to Northampton Ma and other attractions in the Pioneer Valley.

This property is nice and spacious. About 30 minutes from Amherst. The area is quiet and easy to get to. Clean and interesting decor, with everything one needs in the kitchen!

Great place in a really cool town.

Property was just as advertised. Big bedrooms and bathrooms with a comfortable living room and modern kitchen. Great water pressure in both showers plus a washer and dryer on site. Cool area very close to a downtown that has coffee houses, restaurants, and cute shops. Nothing but positives For our stay and would definitely stay at James’s place again!

Pleasant Stay

Unit is as described. Nice, clean, roomy, functional. Apartment is on 2nd and 3rd level, so stairs may be a bit tricky for older folks. Parking is on the street but no issue. Would stay again!

Great girls quilting trip!

Wonderful townhouse with great character and close to many excellent restaurants. Stocked with all the essentials and very clean (great washer and dryer!). We used this spot as our home base as we traveled to Bennington to visit the museum and see the "Dear Jane Quilt" and to Hildene (spectacular!) over to Lowell to visit the textile area and the New England Quilt Museum. Beautiful countryside and as a bonus the leaves were beginning to change so our views as we drove were awesome. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great nights sleep and you really wouldn't need to leave the area if you are looking for a peaceful vacation.

Great two story apartment in a quiet neighborhood

We stayed here for a lacrosse tournament at Northfield Mount Herman School in nearby Gill, MA. The apartment was very convenient not only to the fields, but to Stop and Shop (with a Redbox) and restaurants. The apartment was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. All appliances were in good working condition, and it was so helpful to have a washer and dryer right in the apartment. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were large. There are two spacious full bathrooms - one on each floor. Parking was on the street right in front of the apartment. The third floor deck was a nice place to take a few minutes and relax in the lounge chairs. James was very accommodating and quick to reply to any messages. Only thing to note is we found the Wi-Fi to be slow. We would recommend this apartment, and we would definitely stay here again. If you stay, check out the shop Stuff for an eclectic mix of, well, stuff. Then head over to Five Eyed Fox for local food, drinks, or coffee. Cheap breakfast was had at Shady Glen as well.

We had a very nice stay at this rental. It is a second and third floor combined apartment. It is older, but clean, and very homey. The stairs up to the apartment are a little difficult to navigate so be aware of that, but there is a back entrance up the deck stairs that were much easier. We had a small blip with the smoke detector and James was very responsive in getting that taken care of for us. I would not hesitate to rent hereagain, so I guess that is the best recommendation.

BEAUTIFUL TOWNHOUSE and great host!

This is our fourth time staying in this townhouse and we truly enjoy the house and the surrounding area.You can walk to town and visit the surrounding areas such as North Hampton and Greenfield!

Lots of room for our family.

Our stay made it easy to access the shops and restaurants we needed to go to. Although the main spaces of the living area were clean (living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, tubs, showers, toilets, sinks, couch, and beds), we were surprised to see some dust accumulated throughout the unit (on lamps, light fixtures and overhead fans, as well as box fans in the bedrooms) and having to clean the tea kettle and some dishes and glasses before use. We would have given this a 5/5 star stay if we felt the small effort it takes to dust and check the clean dinnerware were taken. Probably just an oversight by their cleaning service, as the rest of the property was clean and well maintained. Please be prepared to carry your luggage up the steep stairs to the unit. There were handrails for added safety which were appreciated. Lots of comfortable space for our family. We would stay here again.
