The property was very nice and there was so much to do. I love eating at Circo Italian restaurant and the wine slushies at the Artesian gallery. We will be back real soon. The pool at the Woodstone rec had adult swimming only which was weird to me because a lot of families were there. So we decided to visit the pool near our room with no problems.

We loved this place. Only thing I found wrong was there were multiple long black hairs on the bathroom floor and in the tub that were missed with cleaning. Otherwise everything was great!

Very cozy, large two bedroom condo in the heart of massanutten! We lived our stay here for a long weekend. We enjoyed skiiing and tubing. The condo was clean and had everything we needed and was only steps away from everything!

We never received the check-in instructions. We had to reach out to the host on the ride to the property. When we finally got the instructions and went to the office, we were asked if we wanted to change our room because the room that we had booked and saw pictures of was going to lose power during our stay. Of course we opted for a different room. All in all very confusing at the beginning, but the property was OK.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the confusion at the start of your stay. Check-in information is sent through email the day before arrival; however, at times these emails may be filtered into a guest’s spam or junk folder. We are also very sorry for the unexpected unit change and power outage concerns. The resort wanted to ensure your group had the most comfortable experience possible during your stay, which is why an alternate unit was offered upon arrival. We appreciate your understanding and are glad to hear the property itself was okay overall.

Photos are examples of units. The one you get isn’t exactly as shown. Overall the accommodations were adequate. A couple issues we had. There was no shower curtain in the master bath. Had to request from housekeeping several times and was dropped off the next day. Then when we used the shower, the drain was so clogged the water wouldn’t go down. Called about that and it was resolved within a few hours. We had a terrible time with our room key cards. We had 3 and it was crap shoot every time if any of them would work. Had to go back to the busy checkin lobby everytime they didn’t work. And one time we had them recoded and returned back to unit for neither of the cards to work. It really was a frustration and I asked to speak to a manager. I don’t think they were concerned at all about the inconvenience this was. Seemed like standard protocol here so be warned. You can’t rely on your key cards to actually work. We wouldn’t stay here again because of that.

The main area of the condo was really lovely and well designed. The location was great. Overall we had a great stay. The only cons of the condo were that (1) the only blankets on the beds were light decorative covers. when the welcome email said you could bring extra blankets, we didn't realize there weren't any blankets on the beds. Thankfully there was a light blanket in the closet for the pull out sofa that we weren't using. (2) the bathtub in the master bath was unusually high - it was a challenge for even my 6' 2" husband to get in and out of the first time - he almost fell on his face stepping out of the tub as he normally would because it was so high off the ground.

Thanks for the review. Glad the main living area and location worked well and that you had a great stay overall. Sorry about the lack of extra blankets on the beds — we’ll stock additional blankets and clarify that in the welcome message. Also sorry the master bathtub height was a challenge; we passed your feedback to maintenance to evaluate options (step/grab bar) and will add a note in the listing so future guests are aware. We appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again.

The condo was exactly as pictured. However it was a little but dirty (I have pictures). The heat didn’t work the first day, so we ended up sleeping in hats and coats until it was fixed next day. The worst part is the walls are super thin. This unit was on the bottom floor and we were able to hear everything above us, every time the toilet flushed, light switch flicked, walking, etc. so we didn’t get much sleep. Other than that the resort was beautiful and we had a great time.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry the condo wasn’t as clean as expected — I’ve shared your comments and photos with housekeeping so they can address the issue. I also apologize the heat didn’t work the first night; maintenance was notified and corrected it the next day. I’m sorry the thin walls affected your sleep; we’ll pass this to resort management to explore noise-mitigation steps and remind guests about quiet hours. Glad the resort and overall trip were enjoyable, and thank you for letting us know so we can improve.
