Perfect for what we needed. Host stayed in touched. Easy access to shops and food. It is on a busy street so there will be the typicall city sounds. We needed to be within walking distance of Howard and it worked out great for us.

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay. Host was great, location is amazing. Would love to stay here again when I come back to Washington DC!

The place was exactly as described. The host was very accommodating especially with and technical issues that may have occurred. The host also checked on us when other occupants were in the other unit in case of noise complaints. Overall a great stay.

Visit to Howard University

Location was perfect for our quick college visit to Howard University. Walkable to Whole Foods and places to eat. Host was extremely accommodating and quick with responding. Check in instructions were clear and we had no issues. We would definitely book again if our student decides to go to Howard University next year!

Close to Howard

The building is a little old, but the property was tidy and had everything we needed. Contact Reza to control the air/heating! Very short walk to the Howard campus.

Fantastic Rental! Incredible Host!

Walking distance from amazing coffee shop, safeway, other restaurants and more. Reza is by far one of the best hosts ive ever rented from. He is attentive, helpful, always around to call, and never gave any pushback on our requests. Rezas rental was spacious had everything we needed and was always around if not! 5/5 my goto for all DC trips! (Stayed 11 nights).

Excellent location

There were three of us in the unit for five days: my grandson, son-in-law and myself.As noted, this property is older, but the location is excellent. If you are in DC to see the sights, the bus to the National Mall is just outside the door. The neighborhood is safe and friendly and the unit is clean and comfortable. Additionally, I cannot say enough good about Reza, the owner. Rarely have I had better contact and communication. It was clear he cared about us and wanted us to enjoy the week. It was ideal for our needs.I'd note two small items: first, if one has any mobility issues, be aware the unit is up a flight of stairs. Second, the unit is right on a major road and can suffer a touch from road noise (looking at you motorcycle types!). For us, neither of these were a concern, but might be for some.Overall, we were very happy!
