This Badin Lake water front house nestled in a quiet cove boasts 3 inviting bedrooms - 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and a full size bed with twin loft above. The charming living room features an additional gel mattress queen sleeper sofa for extra comfort. Guests can enjoy the tranquil surroundings and unwind in the cozy atmosphere. With amenities like AC, WiFi, washer/dryer, 2 Kayaks, paddle board, Life jackets and lake floats, charcoal grill, corn hole game, QR Clue Escape Room game, Xbox with games, lots of board games, toys and books, and stunning sunsets your stay will be nothing short of terrific!
Dock is included and you have the ability to dock your own boat. Boat ramp is a few miles down the road, and we will send address for that if needed. Home is in a gated community.

The property was absolutely gorgeous, and our host provided so much extra - life jackets, a paddle board, and all sorts of toys and games for the grandkids, as well as a fully stocked Keurig and an awesome barbecue grill. Would highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time here. The home is well stocked and clean. The lake side porch was our favorite gathering spot with its swing, dining table and gas fire pit. We enjoyed the kayaks and floats on the lake. Definitely would like to stay here again!

My grandchildren and I had such a magical time here! We loved the location, as well as the amenities of the home. We spent our days swimming, fishing, kayaking, playing games, doing puzzles - it was perfect! The host was very responsive with any questions as well. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!
We had an excellent time at this gorgeous property! The lake was wonderful and the house was perfect for what we needed. We had 5 adults and 2 children and everyone had their space and were comfortable. The neighborhood lake fireworks was an unexpected bonus! We loved our long weekend at this lake house!

This home is lovely and decorated very nicely. It is also well stocked and had everything we needed. The owner is very easy to work. The covered back porch is awesome and this is where we spent most of our time. Highly recommend!!

I’m from Concord, NC. This lake home was built by my dad in the late 90s. We have spent lots of time at the lake and it is such a peaceful and relaxing place to be. We renovated it this past year and decided to rent to allow others to make memories and enjoy the space we have enjoyed for many years.
Why they chose this property
The gated community feels safe, is very private. The lots are larger than most anywhere on the lake. Very tranquil and peaceful.
