This fully furnished 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is perfectly situated right on the shores of Galveston Bay, offering breathtaking views and direct access to the water. from the beach, minutes from downtown Galveston, the cruise line, moody gardens, water parks, and many other main attractions.

The community boasts an array of amenities, including fishing piers, boat slips for water enthusiasts, & three sparkling public pools.

Please note this home does not have Wifi. To access Wifi, you will need to use the available Xfinity Wifi, which we reimburse the cost.

Furthermore, if you're bringing your own boat, our apartment complex offers a convenient boat dock that you are welcome to utilize. The Beach fronts are just a stone's throw away, and Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn waterpark are easily accessible with a 15-minute walk. You're just minutes from Pleasure Pier and all the Galveston excitement.

To use boat ramps and/or kayak lifts please inform us so we can reserve the dock for you.
Boats will not be accepted without prior notice. All water activities will be performed at your own risk.

● Music and/or excessive noise outdoors (i.e., yelling, noise amplification, musical instruments, animal barking etc) must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times. Outdoor Music is not permitted after 10PM. No amplification devices or musical instruments can be used outdoors or can be audible outside the home at any time, day or night. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all time;
● Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10PM-8AM;
● No smoking allowed;Outdoor only and must pick up debris. Violation will cause $350 fine
● Pets are allowed with pet fees - Service animal with proper documentation and prior notice are accepted
● Towing is Strictly enforced. Do not exceed the maximum allowable vehicles. All vehicles must have a parking permit visible in the front windshield in order to park. Management not responsible for tow.
● Parties / events, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated;
● If the neighbors are disturbed, Bayou City Luxe reserves the right to ask the tenant to vacate the premises with no refund;
● No glass containers may be used near the pool (if the property has a pool).
● Tenant must maintain all property and furnishings in good order;
● Tenant may only use appliances for their intended use;
● Guests, other than those in the party provided, may not stay overnight in the property;
● All guests are the sole responsibility of the renter;
● Guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed upon occupancy limit;
● Guests may not send packages to the house they are renting;
● Renters are responsible for doing a house walkthrough and reporting any damage upon entering the home;
● All trash must be taken out and placed in the onsite trash bins. Failure to do so will result in a fine of $350
● Hot tub / Pool use is strictly prohibited between 10PM-8AM. Use during theses hours will result in a $500 fine; if applicable
