This beautiful ranch style house, east of A1A, has three bedroom & sleeps six for the ultimate relaxing holiday. Enjoy a pleasant five minute walk down a quiet lane to a private beach. The private beach boardwalk leads to sparkling pristine sand dunes and aqua ocean water. The shimmering shoreline and untouched dunes are serenity for the ultimate relaxing leisurely vacation. It is a five minute drive to activities on Ocean Drive and even closer to South Beach.
This house has a newly renovated kitchen, guest bathroom, guest and master bedrooms. The open floor plan has a triple set of windows that brighten this lovely space and allow you to take in the subtropical landscape. The entry hall leads to a large living room with dining area and kitchen. It has an upscale, fashionable modern living area with smart TV and Wifi throughout. Enjoy serving your favorite meals in the fully stocked, light and bright kitchen. The master bedroom sits on the West side of the house with a fully stocked bathroom, shower/tub combo. The two guest rooms share a newly renovated jack-and jill bathroom with shower.
The large lot ensures privacy and landscaped vegetation provide privacy for your enjoyment outdoors.
This is our private house for when the kids are out of school in the summer. We prefer renters for a minimum of 30 days. Please contact us if you have any questions or bespoke needs.

We are a private host in the area. This is our lovely beach home which we use for family time during the summer break. We would love for someone to enjoy the space during the winter months.

This neighborhood is east of A1A, quiet, and safe. We purchased in this neighborhood because it is family friendly and safe. The walk to the beach is quiet and lined with subtropical landscaping. No house is the same which makes for a nice change of scenery. Driving North you can be in downtown Ocean Drive within minutes for restaurants and shopping. A short drive across bridge brings you almost directly to a Publix shopping plaza, Panera, Bonefish Grill, and many more shops.
