This house has a newly renovated kitchen, guest bathroom, guest and master bedrooms. The open floor plan has a triple set of windows that brighten this lovely space and allow you to take in the subtropical landscape. The entry hall leads to a large living room with dining area and kitchen. It has an upscale, fashionable modern living area with smart TV and Wifi throughout. Enjoy serving your favorite meals in the fully stocked, light and bright kitchen. The master bedroom sits on the West side of the house with a fully stocked bathroom, shower/tub combo. The two guest rooms share a newly renovated jack-and jill bathroom with shower.

The large lot ensures privacy and landscaped vegetation provide privacy for your enjoyment outdoors.
