Perfectly situated in the heart of Orange Beach, this charming coastal neighborhood features an incredible zero-entry resort pool, a fun putting green, and scenic surroundings nestled along a protected natural marsh where you may spot local wildlife like Blue Herons, Egrets, and more.

Convenience and fun are right at your fingertips! Walk to local favorites like Doc’s Seafood, famous for serving the Best Shrimp in the Civilized World, or enjoy brunch and Bloody Mary's at The Ruby Slipper. Looking for family entertainment? Beachside Mini Golf is just nearby. And when it’s time to hit the sugar-white sands, Romar Beach Access—one of the best beach access points in Orange Beach—is located directly across the street.

This spacious two-story home was thoughtfully designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, featuring all-new furnishings and décor throughout. The main floor includes a bright living area with a sleeper sofa and large Smart TV, a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, and a convenient half bath. The luxurious primary suite is also located downstairs and features a king bed, a loveseat that converts to a twin bed, a large Smart TV, and a private bathroom complete with a garden tub and separate shower.

Upstairs, Guest Bedroom #1 is perfect for kids and larger groups, offering a twin-over-twin bunk bed plus a twin-over-full bunk with a pull-out twin trundle, along with a Smart TV and attached full bathroom. Across the hall, Guest Bedroom #2 features a queen bed, Smart TV, and its own private full bath. Altogether, Blue Dolphin comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests.

Step outside to the back patio where you can relax with family, grill on the charcoal grill, or enjoy a friendly game of cornhole after a day at the beach.

Additional Information:
- Beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys are sometimes left behind by previous guests and may be available for use if in good condition. Additional beach gear can easily be purchased locally, and seasonal beach chair rentals are available at most public beach accesses.
- Bed linens and bath towels are provided. A detailed list of provided items and suggested packing recommendations will be emailed after booking.
- All TVs are streaming only. Cable is not provided, and guests must log into their own streaming accounts.
- Administrative and credit card processing fees are non-refundable after booking.
-Monthly winter reservations (November–February) are available upon request. Full-month stays from the 1st to the 1st are preferred.

House Rules:
- No pets
- No smoking or vaping
- Must be 25 years or older to book and stay (strictly enforced)
- Free parking for up to 4 vehicles at the home, with additional community parking available near the pool and throughout the neighborhood.

**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) We prefer full-month reservations mainly during January and February. To get your accurate quote, please set your dates to reflect the Check-In date as the First of the month and Check-out date the First of the following month. If you need monthly rates for November and/ or December, please inquire. Monthly restrictions on January and February will be removed by November 30th if homes are not reserved.
