Spend your days swimming and snorkeling in waters filled with abundant marine life, lounging on the beach, perfecting your serve on one of the 2 tennis/pickleball courts, or fishing from the dock! Plus, with your rental agreement, take advantage of free access to Founder's Park next door, which offers a beach with ideal snorkeling conditions, trails for running, walking, and biking, and the chance to take in free concerts and other events. This is particular townhouse is located in the "T" building and it accommodates 8 guests comfortably. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms plus a loft. The Master bedroom has a king bed. The other bedrooms both have a full size bed in each. The loft bedroom has 2 twin beds and is a perfect sleeping spot for kids and young adults alike.
The full bathroom upstairs has a tub and shower and the full bathroom downstairs has a shower for you to refresh after a day of exploring.
Gather in the living room on the sofa to watch a movie together on the flat-screen TV or enjoy a meal in the dining area that seats 4 plus 3 people at the kitchen counter.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessary items to prepare and serve your meals. Outside, there is a BBQ and outdoor seating.
Amenities at the EBC include a communal heated pool, clubhouse, communal charcoal BBQ grills, picnic tables, 2 tennis courts, beach, marina etc. Fishing allowed from the dock, but you may need a fishing license.
If you would like to bring your boat your can dock it at Founders Park for a reasonable fee, which is right next door to the Executive Bay Club. NO docking allowed at the EBC marina.
