The apartment was very clean, great set up, comfortable beds. This home worked perfect for our overnight stay in Fairbanks.

Quite neighborhood, comfortable townhouse

We enjoyed our 2 week stay at Margos Place. The beds were comfortable, and there's plenty of space in the townhouse. We will definitely stay there again.

Excellent Long Term Stay Option for Fairbanks!

Property Manager was so responsive and helpful! The apartment was clean, and the kitchen had everything I needed for light cooking. I felt safe which was important as I was on my own for a good portion of my stay. The apartment was very comfortable, and the one bathroom is large with soft, fluffy towels. Laundry is coin operated and conveniently located just a few steps from unit door. There is even a community vacuum that I used to keep the place tidy. Excellent choice and so thankful that the Property Manager was helpful and professional!! I strongly recommend this apartment if visiting Fairbanks.
