Our group of 4 couples loved this house. Every couple had their own bathroom. The location is great for everything in the Black Hills. Hot tub was a bonus. Well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend!

We had a group of 8 people and we couldn’t be more pleased with the beautiful home. We were so happy every place in Hill city was within walking distance. What a peaceful neighborhood and the large rooms gave us plenty of space. Thanks Chuck, you are such a gracious host.

This home was perfect for our group. Comfortable, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we needed. Chuck is a friendly and very attentive host! This is a great location for all the activities in the area. And plenty of onsite parking too!

There were a group of 3 couples who stayed at this house. We had 3 full sized vehicles, 3 trailers and 3 side by sides. It took a little bit of wiggling around, but we were able to park the trailers and vehicles on-site (no street parking allowed) and had room to park the 3 four place side by sides. We are all in our late 60's and we found this house to be a great location and option for staying in Hill City. Close to the gas station and great location for getting around in the area. We would definitely staying at this house again. Clean, well-stocked with equipment for cooking and even 2 washing machines if you wanted to do laundry while you there. Enjoy - we did.

Close to town with hiking or biking options to get there in minutes. Spacious house with unique floor plan which allowed us to do what we wanted-if we had different interests-game room upstairs with TV and kitchenette-patio out back with hot tub-kitchen and dining area with great room all in center of house which included a fireplace/large TV. Bedrooms spread out, with room darkening drapes/blinds. Bathrooms just steps away nomatter where we were in the house. It had substantial laundry access efficiently located just off the kitchen/garage.

Gorgeous and spacious home, perfect for a large group or multiple families, with a great separate area for kids/teens upstairs with its own kitchenette. Beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and large kitchen table for games. The home is ideally located for biking the Mickelson trail. No transporting bikes to or from trailheads. Chuck was incredibly accommodating and great to work with.

Our stay with family of 7 and an infant as well as our Frenchie was very enjoyable. We used this stay as our start point to many of the surrounding areas including the Badlands, Spearfish Canyon, Deadwood, Mt Rushmore and Custer State Park. It worked our perfectly. The firepit and front and back porch were very nice to sit and relax. Multiple washers and dryers made doing laundry very easy. Although we did not use the bicycles that certainly is a nice feature to enjoy.The split level with 3 bedrooms downstairs and 2 upstairs with the play area provides plenty of space for all. We had a great time and this house worked perfectly. .

This house was perfect! The location is just a 10 minute trail to town, perfect for the grandkids going into town for candy and ice cream. The linens and bedding were so comfortable. We had a tribe of 10 and the house was a great size, plenty of room. We would all walk in to town for dinner. You won’t be disappointed.

This place was so nice for our family. The kids loved the air hockey and having their own little room upstairs to play and watch TV. We had plenty of room so we all could get our space when needed. We sat out on the patio a lot when we weren’t being tourists. Can’t say enough nice things about this place or Chuck. He was very helpful and communicative.

This was by far our best VRBO experience and we've stayed all over the US and Europe. The owner contacted us well in advance for check in procedures. The morning of our stay, he contacted us because there was a utility issue. He offered an upgraded house in the same neighborhood, with game room. We also had a hot tub, kitchenette in addition to the full kitchen, and beautiful deck looking out over the neighborhood. He visited us the first night to walknus through the home's features. It was super quiet, walking distance to town and an easy drive to lots of Black Hills attractions. We fully expect to stay even longer at this property the next time we visit the area!

Our host, Chuck, was very accommodating. He met us when we arrived and explained how to use the television if we wanted, how to set the jets & temp on the hot tub, brought firewood for the fire pit, and we had remotes for the garage and he had an overflow spot for us to park our 4 UTV trailers. Chuck was very responsive to any questions we had. Beautiful home, comfortable beds and plenty of room for 4 couples.

Very comfortable-great location- works well for larger groups. We were grateful for the handy stroller and high chair. Comfy beds- good recreation indoors and outdoors.

Amazing home!! Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, amazing air hockey table for the kids! The hot tub was great and all furniture very comfortable and looked brand new! Would highly recommend!!!

Everything was excellent. So clean, clean clean.Had all the amenities we needed, even a Christmas tree for our family celebration. Thank you to Chuck (owner) for checking in we us before and during our stay to make sure all was great. We will return again!
