The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Keys must be placed in Lockbox and secured. Please leave the place as clean as you found it.. A cleaning fee of $50 will apply if house is left dirty
Bag all trash & place inside green bin and cover it, its in the front patio. We have stray cats in the area
Place all used bed linen and towels on top of dinning table. Our staff will enter premises anytime 15 minutes past check-out time, without notice. we dont have storage for personal items left behind.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We require updated actual photo of official ID for each guest AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. - No sharing door codes, parties, smoking, vaping, drugs, pets.
- No violence/guns, loud noises, unregistered night guests - NO BITCOIN mining/running any kind of business - No storage or furniture or appliances

San Borja is one of the most secure districts in the city of Lima. While it's very centric, it has a more peaceful vibe and closer to mayor attractions than districts. Very clean and well kept, it is one of the best!

Very spacious, comfortable, and bright house located in a sought after neighborhood, the property comprises a large private patio, alarm system and camaras surrounding for your security. A good size kitchen and a large dinning table to enjoy small gatherings, it will make you feel relaxed and at home!
