Private house with Pool

Hello Sergio, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the stay did not fully meet your expectations, and we’d like to clarify a few points for future guests. 1. The listing clearly states that the property includes a washing machine only and does not have a dryer. The washing machine is a brand-new model available for guest use. 2. While our cleaning team strives to prepare the home thoroughly before every stay, occasional minor oversights can happen. We offered a complimentary re-cleaning, but unfortunately did not receive a response to schedule it. 3. The pool equipment operates automatically, as is standard for most residential rental properties. Guests do not need to adjust or manage it manually, except only to turn on the jacuzzi. 4. We take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Many guests have complimented the home’s upkeep and cozy atmosphere. We appreciate your comments, as guest feedback helps us continue improving!
