Escape to a newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath Las Vegas retreat with a private backyard, swimming pool, in-ground spa, fire pit, and BBQ grill. The home is conveniently located near the Strip, Summerlin, dining, shopping, and major attractions.

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a self-check-in process for your convenience. You will have the entire space to yourselves. While we will not be present during your stay, we are available via the app or phone if you have any questions or need assistance. We also offer optional services like tour guides and airport pick-ups, which can be arranged in advance.

Guests have private access to the entire home and backyard. The garage is not available for guest use.

- Exterior security cameras are installed for safety and security. There are no cameras inside the home.

Important:
1. No parties, events, or large gatherings. Maximum occupancy is 8 people on the property at any time.
2. Only registered guests on the reservation are allowed. Any visitors not included in the reservation must be approved during booking process.
3. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. No loud music or excessive noise is allowed, especially in the backyard.
4. No smoking or vaping inside the home.
5. Maximum of 2 pets with prior approval. Breed and weight must be provided.
6. Please use the provided driveway and street parking directly in front of the property. Do not park in front of neighboring homes.
7. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
8. Please respect the property and report any damage or issues promptly.
9. No illegal activities are permitted anywhere on the property.
10. Do not move furniture. If anything is moved, it must be returned to its original location before check-out.
11. Please place trash in bags and dispose of it in the outdoor trash bins. Do not leave excessive trash inside the home.

NOTE* Violations involving parties, excessive occupancy, unauthorized guests, or other serious rule violations may result in additional charges and/or cancellation of the reservation and removal from the property. Any refund will be subject to the reservation terms and applicable platform policies.
