This is a luxurious condominium in Villa LaEstancia. Located on Medano Beach, the only safe swimming beach in the area. Villa LaEstancia is operated as a five-star condominium resort. All the benefits of a resort with the luxury of a private home.
The villa has two bedrooms and three full baths and furniture has been recently updated. The bedrooms are all huge. The baths are all marble with granite countertops. Master bathroom has large whirlpool tub. There is also a full kitchen with all appliances, a breakfast bar, and a laundry room with washer, dryer, and sink. There is a beautiful view of the ocean from the huge balcony. The balcony has ceiling fans and a wet bar with refrigerator.

This resort is adjacent to the Villa Del Palmar and Villa Del Arco resorts and guests of Villa LaEstancia are welcome to use many of the amenities of those resorts which includes the Desert Spa, full-service supermarket, and deli.

Fabulous hotel, views and suite of rooms!
We had a fabulous time at John's condo in Villa La Estancia, and can't wait to return! The condo is even better than advertised, and the facility is terrific. The service at the hotel is amazing as well. John suggested we arrange too have B&B Transport pick us up at the airport. Great suggestion! They were outside waiting for us with a sign with our names on it, and cold water. John's concierge Enrique made guacamole and margaritas for us when we arrived in our room, and the hotel arranged and delivered a surprise cake for my birthday. The place was spotless, well equipped, and had amazing views from the patio. We opted for the meal plan after the first day...it was well worth the $85 per person per day. (Alcohol excluded) One dinner at La Casona was close to $300 for a party of 4, so you can see the meal plan was a good value. Definitely stay here in John's suite!

My daughter and I enjoyed this condo and grounds for Spring break. We had an amazing, relaxing stay and will be back!
The owner, John, responded to my request to book right away and quickly forwarded helpful information about the condo unit and the surrounding area after we booked.
Upon arrival to the unit, we were treated to special individualized attention--our choice of cocktails and handmade amazing guacamole with chips by Ernesto--So sweet!
BETTER THAN PERFECT!!
This was our first time using VRBO/Home Away and I must say that it was nothing short of amazing! We are a family of four with kids aged 10(boy) and 7(girl), so the layout of the condo was perfect. Each child had their own queen-sized bed and we had a king bed (I must say that the beds were very comfortable - no backaches here!). There were also 3 full baths which helped when we were all trying to get ready for dinner. The home is absolutely beautifully decorated and the views were amazing. My husband was a permanent fixture on the balcony in the morning and at night!
Not only was the villa "perfect", but the grounds were impeccable. My kids loved playing in the pool and by the beach. We also ate at both restaurants at Villa La Estancia and were very impressed. The adjoining resorts also had really great food too!
John, the owner, was very helpful and provided a very informative list of suggestions for those of us who were first-timers to Cabo. We were also really impressed by Enrique (John has a staff of two people who are there to help you if needed), who brought us pico de gallo, guacamole, margaritas and lemonade for the kids and it was delectable! Such a great way to welcome us to Cabo. It really set the mood for the vacation.
If you are even pondering about Cabo and staying in a villa, do not pass up this one! You will have the vacation of a lifetime and want to come back any chance you have. I know we do and we will! Love, love, love it!!! Thanks, John, for letting us stay in your home!
Great Villa
We booked La Estancia last minute for spring break with our kids (3 teenagers). The 2 bedroom villas were the perfect size and amount of space. The staff handled the kids well and were very helpful on all levels. We stayed by the pool and we went down and laid on the beach - both were easily assessable. The location is great as you can walk the beach to The Office or other beach activities if needed.

I booked this villa for a girls getaway, and it was perfect! La Estancia is at a great location and is a beautiful resort with great amenities!
The villa was perfect and spacious for my group. Amazing view from the balcony, and perfect place to watch the sunset every night!
