Located on a quiet hillside on the West coast of Naxos, the villa is surrounded by 4000m2 of private, well-tended gardens. It boasts magnificent sea views, private pool, and is ideal for romantic sunset lovers and families.
The villa is self-catering and provides total privacy but is within 10 minutes driving distance of beautiful sandy beaches, the small local airport and Naxos town. The village of Glinado is a 5-minute drive from the villa.
The villa has its own private pool in a quiet, sheltered area of the gardens with stunning views across the sea. There are extensive garden terraces on three sides of the property each with sea views, together with a built in BBQ area. There are also spacious balconies on the first and second floors of the villa, and a sheltered gazebo and sundeck, ample dining and seating areas around the villa. Five double bedrooms provide spacious accommodation for families or groups of friends. In addition, there is a double sofa bed on the ground floor in the office area which is separated from the rest of the house.

Perfect dream vacation

The Villa was perfect, every detail well thought out! The owner and property manager were available 24 hours a day to answer questions we had. Would highly recommend….and we usually stay at a 5 star ( think ritz or 4 seasons)

Wonderful Villa

Perfect villa for our group of friends! I will definitely be back! The view from each room and the lovely pool cannot be overstated! A rental car is a must for this location but enabled us to go short and long distances for fantastic food and drive around the north of the island! Wonderful!

Excellent Property!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay on Naxos. The property was huge and perfect for our crew of 8 (2 families- with kids). The villa is clean and well cared for and stocked with anything you would need in the kitchen. Location is wonderful. We enjoyed walking to town , sunsets and hanging out by the pool. I would highly recommend this property to anyone spending time on Naxos.

Amazing stay!

We visited September 2024 with a large group of 9 adults. The property was exactly as pictured and so spacious we didnt even spend time in all the lounge areas. We loved sitting outside playing games and sharing a meal. The port area was an easy 15 min drive. Communication with the host was great as well. We would come back in an instant and stay here!

Friend Get Away

We loved our stay at Villa Kairos! We were a large group of people and we had more than enough space. Everywhere you turned there was another balcony, patio, or seating area. The Villa felt very private surrounded by large gardens. Jill and caretaker Kristos were communicative, we had a minor issue and Kristos came immediately and fixed the problem. The Villa was spotless and had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a large group.

Outstanding stay

Our stay at the villa could not have been better. From the first inquiry, Jill is one of the most responsive owners we have ever dealt with - answering all of our questions promptly, and even offering extras like beds for our kids. The check in process is a breeze - Sascha is lovely, greets you at the airport, and shows you around the house. He also recommended the taverna Flaros in the nearby village, which was one of our best meals on the island. The house itself is pretty well flawless. The pictures don't do it justice - the grounds are sprawling and amazing, with more seating/resting/eating areas than we could even use. Everything is in good repair, and unlike so many rental properties, they actually have enough of everything- cups, plates, cookware, etc. The pool is perfect. The location is amazing - close enough to Chora, the beaches, and other great villages, but feels totally secluded and private. We recommend this house 100% and would love to come back!

La casa es fantástica. No nos queríamos ir. Éramos 3 familias y teníamos mucho espacio tanto dentro como fuera. La piscina súper y el jardín y la zona de terraza amplia con sitio para todos. La ubicación es maravillosa porque las playas están a 10 min con el coche y si quieres ir al centro tampoco está lejos. El hecho que no está situada en la costa se recompensa por las puestas de sol! Muy recomendable!

Vacationing in the Villa Kairos in Naxos

Large house, very clean, nice gardens and pool, great views. The property manager Sasha was extremely helpful; a friendly person who went out of his way to be of assistance from the moment we arrived at the port. He helped with the car rental, dropped by the house to make sure that all was well and helped us with dropping off the rental and getting us back to the port.

Beautiful getaway!

2 families staying for one week. Wonderful, comfortable home with spectacular views and the pool was a plus! Sascha was always helpful and made are stay that much more relaxing . Would recommend this home to anyone, Naxos is a lovely island.

Belle maison spacieuse avec un très agréable jardin, une belle piscine et une vue sublime. Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances. Bien située sur Naxos, si vous avez une voiture. Pour rendre le séjour plus agréable encore, je suggererai de rajouter un parasol sur la table et de prévoir plus d'éclairage autour du salon de jardin et de la table. Un point négatif, 3 chambres au rez de chaussée pour une salle de douche et le bruit de la pompe á eau, située á proximité d'une des chambres. Accueil sympatique.

Amazing villa in a preserved area

We stayed in Kairos for one week beginning of august 2016. Amazing place, both in the inside and the outside. Plenty of room to feel perfectly at ease. Take the pictures and multiply the effect by 10 ! Very well received by Sascha at the airport, house perfectly equiped, very convenient to visit the island. The pool (big size) is a perfect place to relax, equiped with a bar, a fridge and a sono. Several places to choose for lunch or dinner according to, the view you want to have, a must. Thanks again also for the prefect communication before and during the stay. S.

An excellent choice

The villa is very lovely and perfectly located in Naxos. The photographs do not do it justice. It is larger and brighter than it appears. In addition the garden has grown tremendously so for instance the pool can now only be seen from the top balcony which makes the garden more enchanting. Regardless there is an excellent viewing/party area over Naxos to the sea and Paros beyond. The pool is of a good size.

Superb property and memorable stay on Naxos.

The property is of a very high standard, very well decorated, with large rooms, fully equipped with all modern conveniences, air con in each room; all is in excellent condition, Worth noting: the well organised welcome on arrival and maintenance during the stay, the very nice swimming pool, the lovely garden, the stunning views over the Sea, Naxos and Paros from the various terraces, the very well thought design to protect effectively the swimming pool and the barbecue area from strong winds which happen every now and then. Chora is within easy reach of the property. We enjoyed Naxos a lot: if you avoid the few beaches close to Chora which are a bit too crowded to our taste, at least in August, you can find amazing places just a few kilometers away: almost virgin sand beaches with crystal clear warm water, beautiful moutain villages, nice hikes, and good and inexpensive tavernas. We were two families sharing the property and we had a really good time!

Nice house and beautiful garden good location

Nice house, nice garden wonderful view. But because 3 rooms out of the 4 rooms did not have any doors, it is good for families but not so good for couples because of lack of privacy. Very minor points... For the price we could have had included toilet papers. We had as well to ask for the pool towels which were included in the price.

Fantastic Family Trip!

Our family of grown children with parents had a magical two week stay here. Everything was set up for our arrival and all we had to do was relax and enjoy. Close to all beaches and other attractions, but definitely glad we rented a car. Weather was perfect in late may and we loved the gardens and pool. Overall a wonderful and much needed vacation.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Naxos from the moment I first visited. We have been regular visitors ever since, and feel very connected to the island community, including my many close friends who live here.

Villa Kairos is our piece of bliss. we built it as a permanent home and stay there four times a year. Together with our villa representative and gardener, we invest a lot of energy and love in developing the villa and the gardens.
