Building was terrible

The room was fine. Broken blinds. Heating and cooling was noisy and hard to adjust. The building appears to be low income housing. Elevator was ancient and dirty. Hallways were dirty and smelled.

The property wasn’t as clean as expected. The bathroom was in need of a deep clean and cabinets in bathroom and kitchen had lots of stuff left behind from other guests. There was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper and 2 trash bags at the property so we had to go to the store and buy supplies we had expected would be provided. Luckily we didn’t spend much time at the property. Overall, not impressed and won’t be renting a property from this particular owner again.

Very Dissapointed

The pictures in the ad must have been taken 10-15 years ago. The building is very old and poorly maintained. All the owners in this property should be questioning where their HOA fees are going (Even minus the storm damage) The lobby smelled moldy and musty. The storm damage was not disclosed either. Unfortunately, for us, we had just driven two days to get to Florida and had no where else to go or the energy to start looking for a new place. I have never had to write something like this before and wish I didn't have to now. (I considered calling our attorney I felt so deceived). Just be honest with your listing and take photos that reflect the actual condition of the property and this won't keep happening to more unsuspecting families. I'm sure you will still get renters, but ones that know what they are getting into.

Condo itself was pretty clean, with the exception of scissors in kitchen that were put away with food on them. Also had to wash the coffee maker before using it. The bathrooms towels must have been new and not washed before we used them. We had fuzz all over us, including on our eyelashes etc. The colored ones had dye that just kept running out with every use. While the room was nice the building and elevator are definitely dated.

Beautiful Condo

We stayed in the condo for one week. It was a beautiful location on the beach, easy access, and extremely comfortable beds! The only downfall of the experience is that the room is much smaller than it seemed in the pictures. Also the bathroom could use some updates with a fan, etc. BUT overall it was a positive experience and would highly recommend. Thank you for allowing us to stay!!

Nothing at all like the pictures

The property looks cute in the pictures but I can assure you it is NOTHING like the pictures at all. Half of the green mirrors are missing from the wall and the remaining ones are broken. The cabinets were stained and had old food all over them. The carpet is gross and stained and is ripping up all over the room. The bathroom was still very dirty when we arrived and we had to clean it again with the minimal supplies provided. There was a container under the kitchen sink that water had leaked into and had never been cleaned out so we had to do it. The bed spreads were not the same and were missing pillows, the entire room smelled like mold when we arrived. The only accurate thing about this listing is the pool.

It was perfect for my bestie and myself! We loved that it had a full functional kitchen and it was very clean. The view was nice. The beds were very cozy. All in all I'd not only recommend this little suite for a 2 person bestie trip, but we will be back for sure!

The condo was as described on VRBO. The complex is not new but the condo had been remodeled and was exactly like the picture. The kitchen area was very small and the table only had seats for two people at a time. The location was great.

Don’t want to be too critical...

Considering we are charged extra for cleaning fees this property manager should check to see what he’s really getting. There was a chip bag on the floor wedged behind the night stand that clearly needed to be vacuumed. The chairs on the balcony had a mop head drying on them and definitely needed to be wiped down before we could sit in them. The place itself was comfortable. The beach access was nice. The restaurant served a good breakfast.

It was OK!

Being the fact that it was near the beach blocked out the fact I had a broken window which looked to be like a bullet hole. I was notified and was offered a refund but it was too late being that I was already on the road with my 5 children and no way possible I would find something around the rate I paid during bike rally. Im grateful we were able to still call this condo our home for our vacation stay but will reconsider a different location next time.

Just as expected.

The property was very nice, as expected. It consisted of a bathroom, two beds in an open area, a small kitchen, and a balcony. The kitchen came with dishes already, and a refrigerator. There was a pool outside. The property was touching the ocean so it was very convenient to be able to walk outside and have the beach right there. Overall we had a great stay, and would love to be back to this property.

Practical option

Room was clean and in pretty good shape. Some tiles were pealing off in bathroom and kitchen, needs a new tub. Pools were nice, beach is amazing with private access with shower and hose to clean up before taking things inside. Elevator was broken for 4 of the 5 days we were there. Room was well enough equip with newer appliances, dishes, pots, etc. Could definitely use better mattresses, balcony faces the south parking lot, you can see the beach but it is not what I would consider ocienview. Parking is amble with easy access in and out, check in was a breeze with no need to see anyone at the front desk. Reservation manager was quick to respond to any of our inquiries. WiFi was not an option.
